Dr Nadine Manson was my family doctor for 18 years. She is amazing! When my family moved to Hamilton, we still traveled to Brampton to see her, until we just couldn't do it anymore. The saddest part of leaving Brampton was losing Dr Manson as a doctor. She is an incredibley busy lady but always found time to give my family the greatest medical care...and we were a handful. I recommend her to everyone!

Been a patient of Dr. Byrne for the past 35 years now(since birth), sad to see him retire :( however, I am lucky that he chose a wonderful replacement, Dr. Kianfar. I have never really had any issues with the medical team, everyone is great at what they do individually :) Thank you!

I am really happy with this clinic and how well organized they are. I just recently came to the walk in and the receptionist was so friendly and kind (not sure her name). Also, Erica, one of the main receptionist is so friendly, caring and compassionate, she always greets me by name and even remembered to congratulate me on my new born baby, and I hadn't even brought him in yet. She is so lovely and extremely accommodating. Everyone is so lovely here. Dr. Agarwal is my GP and he is phenomenal, I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and thoughtful, everything a good doctor should be.

I have been with Dr. Kostopolus since Dr. Chiozza moved to another city. Dr. Kostopolus has been my angel I have a lot of medical health issues and she makes sure that I am going to the best specialists for each health issue that I suffer from. If you don't like to hear from a doctor who is direct and blunt about your health or how she feels about what you are telling her then find another way dealing with it or another doctor. My question to the people who posts things on here about the loss of a family members and blame the doctors instantly, first of all I am sorry for your loss but why didn't you go to emergency if it wasn't getting better? These are family physicians to help the best they can. You do have the right for a second opinion. Also the ladies on front reception area have to deal with a lot, so before you start stating that they are rude, walk a day in their shoes or think hey maybe they have a lot on their plate at work or home, everyone is allowed to have bad days. If you can do it better and keep a smile on your face 24/7 then apply for that type of job let the world know how it works out for you. Customer Service is complicated on the best of days you can not make everyone happy. Second opinions are always available for someone who is not happy with the results they receive. Hope no one takes offense to my post, that's not what I am saying or doing. I just think people have to think before they post things and take a look outside the box for other solutions besides blaming others, this is just my opinion. This doctors office is full of rude receptions (4 of them are so rude). The dr's also book appointments so close together that when you show up for your appointment, don't be surprised to wait 30 mins to an hour. But that's only IF you can get through the phone line. It's either busy or no one answers, and if they do answer they put you on hold immediately for indeterminate amount of time. I once posed the idea to the dr to use the web/apps that other doctors offices use to book appointments, but that idea was shot down with "we just don't do that here". Frustrating. If I could find another doctor close to home, I would leave in a heartbeat.

Extremely rude receptionist. I asked if I could speak to the doctor for non-medical reasons if I dropped by and she said no and hung up the phone. Who is she to decide that?

I have been a patient of Dr. Kostopoulos for 14 years. She is an amazing physician and truly cares about her patients. During my first pregnancy I also saw Dr. Manson who is also very kind and knowledgeable. I am very surprised to see negative reviews regarding the office staff/receptionists at the clinic. Over the past 14 years I have not once had an unpleasant experience at the office. I find the staff very compassionate and helpful and would highly recommend the Central Brampton Family Health Team.

Dr. Kostopolous saw my mother on several occasions in December and January for ongoing, excruciating back pain. She also visited her complaining that she hurt her arm/shoulder. Dr. Kostopolous repeatedly told my mother that it was arthritis and sent her on her way. After finally sending her for an x-ray and ultrasound for her arm/shoulder, it turned out it was broken, and it had been this way for more than a week by then. The doctor told her to go to emergency to have them do surgery on her arm/shoulder, where they then found a large, agressive tumour on the base of her spine, which had been causing the extreme back pain for more than two months. My mother never came out of the hospital. She died less than a month later. Dr Kostopolous continuously misdiagnosed my mother and robbed me and my family of the last months of my mother’s life. My mother was in agony for the last two months of her life at home because she was being fobbed off by this doctor and her nonsense diagnosis. I will never forgive her and I wouldn’t trust her with the care of anyone I love. Stay well clear of her.

My doctor is wonderful and rarely does she not see me on time. She cares. I'll give Dr. Kostopolous 5 stars. Reception for the most part is great. There is one that needs more customer service skills. Really she is rude, and for this reason I give the clinic a lower rating.

Stay away from that dr. tede. Very arrogant and disrespectful. I will be looking for another family doctor even though she is not my family dr but one interaction with her is all I need to find another clinic as I would rather die than see/talk to her. Her arrogance is out of this world and someone like her should NOT be dealing with other people.

It is a busy clinic. The front desk staff have always been friendly. They are doing their best to meet the needs of the patients in the office, on the phone and co-coordinating with other doctor's offices and specialists. And yes if I call at 830 when they open I expect to be on hold for a few minutes. All of the doctors keep emergency appointments daily that can only be booked the day of. The walk in clinic is great, every day till 7 and Saturday Mornings till early afternoon.
