Two days later, nobody called me yet so I tried again, and this time I was told that they did not have the materials to do the repair, and they do not know when they will have them. Two weeks later I call you again because I haven't heard from since, and I need my orthotics to walk! I am told it will be ready the following week. So obviously I'm angry and I explain to the lady that I was initially told that it would be ready the same day! She then tells me that it is impossible, because they do not do the repairs on the spot and therefore it always takes several days. Knowing this, I realize that Dr Jacob knew very well that it would not be ready the same day, and I was also lied to by telling me that they have no more materials since they are not doing the repairs themselves. same! The lady then tells me that she will organize herself so that it is ready the next day. Finally the next day I go to look for them, and they charge me consultation fees, even though I have already paid for the consultation. I had to cry so that they didn't charge me. In short, a place to be avoided at all costs! (Original) J'ai été très déçue de mon expérience au centre podiatrique de la montagne. J'ai vu le Dr Jacob pour des douleurs aux pieds. Première chose qui clochait, c'est qu'il me dit que mes orthèses sont abîmées et qu'il faudrait que je les fasse refaire, or, le podiatre qui avait initialement fait mes orthèses m'avait dit que c'était pratiquent bon à vie, et qu'il n'y aurait que le coussinet à faire changer éventuellement. Dr Jacob me propose alors de faire changer ledit coussinet, qui était effectivement abîmé. Il me dit que ce sera prêt le jour même en pm, donc j'accepte. Il me dit que la réceptionniste va m'appeler quand ce sera prêt. Personne ne m'appelle en pm. Je tente de les appeler le lendemain, mais je reste en attente pendant un bon 15 minutes avant de raccrocher. Le surlendemain, personne ne m'a encore appelé donc je retente, et cette fois on me répond qu'ils n'ont pas les matériaux pour faire la réparation, et ils ne savent pas quand ils les auront. Deux semaines plus tard je t'appelle encore car je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle depuis, et j'ai besoin de mes orthèses pour marcher! On me dit que ce sera prêt la semaine d'après. Alors évidemment je suis fâché et j'explique à la dame qu'on m'avait initialement dit que ce serait prêt le jour même! Elle me dit alors que c'est impossible, car ils ne font pas les réparations sur place et donc il faut toujours compter plusieurs jours. Sachant ceci, je réalise que le Dr Jacob savait très bien que ce ne serait pas prêt le jour même, et on m'a aussi menti en me disant qu'ils n'ont plus de matériaux puisqu'ils ne font pas les réparations eux mêmes! La dame me dit alors qu'elle va s'organiser pour que ce soit prêt le lendemain. Finalement le lendemain je vais les chercher, et on me charge des frais de consultation, alors que j'ai déjà payé la consultation. Il a fallu que je chiale pour qu'on ne me les charges pas. Bref, endroit à éviter à tout prix!

Lors de la prise de RV, il semble y avoir eu un malentendu, la réceptionniste n'a pas noté la bonne date. Je me rends au RV que je pensais avoir. On me dit sur le coup que je me suis trompée de date. OK, c'est vrai, j'avais hésité entre deux dates, je comprenais donc d'où venait la confusion. Mais la réceptionniste me dit qu'elle a dû se tromper avec une autre personne ayant mon prénom et me dis de m'asseoir et que c'était OK. 20 minutes plus tard (!!!), la technicienne vient me voir et me dit que ce ne sera pas trop long. Un autre 20 min passent et la dame ayant mon prenom arrive. (Donc le RV que je pensais avoir mais à ce moment personne me dit rien!) Après une heure d'attente, on me dit finalement qu'on ne pourra pas me voir!!! Ça leur a pris une heure me dire ça ?? Inacceptable. Je suis partie et personne ne m'a jamais rappelé. C'est une erreur de débutant en matière de service à la clientèle que de ne pas avoir dit tout de suite ne pas pouvoir me voir ni ne s'être excusé en personne ou m'avoir rappelé) Décevant. Je n'irai jamais plus et ne recommanderai jamais cette clinique.
