I saw Dr. Barnabi for a minor procedure only requiring local anaesthetic. While he did discuss the different options for the procedure which I appreciated, I was not completely frozen during the procedure and told him multiple times I wasn’t frozen and was in sharp pain. He didn’t stop the procedure ***STOP READING HERE IF YOU’RE SQUEAMISH!*** and proceeded to roughly remove my whole toenail while I was still feeling sensation in my toe! He also didn’t put any sort of barrier to block the view of what was happening (I just closed my eyes). He also didn’t provide any aftercare instructions, antibiotics, or follow up. I would never go back to him or recommend his services to anyone based on my experience with him.

Clearly has no idea what he's doing, saw Dr. Barnabi for my issue, he referred me to someone else, who then referred me back to Barnabi, then he referred me to another Doctor who I KNEW had nothing to do with my issue, that doctor confirmed what I already knew and referred me back to Barnabi with instructions (exact words) "You need a general surgeon, go back to Barnabi, if he won't do it, get your family doctor to refer you to someone who will" So I told his nurse all this and asked to relay the message, I guess it hurt his feelings as he now refuses to see me. What's wrong doc, too difficult? Thanks for wasting 2 years of my life. Completely unprofessional and clueless, common courtesy would be to call and discuss but it sounds like he didn't want to deal with my issue (as it is in a sensitive area) even though he knows he can do something about it, hope all that education was good for something, have fun jerking people around in the future

He’s a good guy but he replaced an arm for leg and leg for an arm
