Everyone working in the office was great, the secretary at the front desk, Dr.Forbes and the three hard working women in the back office. Highly recommended.

I would have rated Dr Forbes office better if his secretary wasnt so hard to talk to. His secretary talks down to you, makes you feel stupid, contradicts you at every turn, wont reply to your messages, makes you feel like what you did was your fault etc. I went into his office today to make an appointment to have what might be a major issue looked at and she wouldn't make an appointment for me because Doctor Forbes wasnt there. When I told her my name she continued to tell me that I had missed a urology appointment In November which was all due to the fact that I had lost my papers and for the fact that there was a 6 month waiting period to see Doctor Forbes and I didn't have that kind of time. So instead of trying to help me she gave me a lecture on why I cant just skip out on appointments based on the facts above. So I got snooty with her. I will admit that I might have acted a little out of line but she never makes it easy to be nice to her. I wonder how many clients she has lost Doctor Forbes over her attitude. Il tell you right now when I get my referral from him I will be looking for another Doctor.
