I have been going to Dr. Mason since I was born and he is honestly the best doctor out there, he takes his time with you, is upfront and honest, doesn't make you feel judged in anyway and the receptionists are wonderful and friendly.

You want an honest review of the people that work in that office. So, Dr.Mason was an amazing doctor. He used to care about his patients. He was my doctor for over 20 years and not a problem had occured and he always put his patients first. I suffer from extreme depression, extreme ptsd, anxiety, chronic regional pain syndrome, and the list goes on, body is pretty much falling apart and i'm on meds that can't be stopped cold turkey. He hired a NEW receptionist in August and I didn't know. I emailed (not good speaking on telephones anymore as I stutter and loose track of what i'm saying and become soaked in sweat so everything has always been through email with NO ISSUES) end of September asking for med refill and some personal info asking for help/advice as im allowed since he was my doctor. Two days I hear nothing. I email asking if they received my email and I get a reply with Dr mason hasn't seen it -from Kim. Thought okay no problem must be busy at this time, meanwhile im soaked in sweat nightly having to change my sheets not knowing whats going on with me, still loosing weight uncontrollably. Two weeks pass and I email asking what is going on and if he is on vacation or what is the issue and why haven't I received a reply? I get a call with a ignorant lady on the other line asking if I just emailed her and I replied yes, (now that i'm on the phone i'm now triggered but that does not matter in the slightest to her and her ignorance) she says what do you want? right then that's when the conversation had turned sour as first off you DONT speak to patients like that especially someone that is going through as much as I am. She asks me do I want to book an appointment and I said no.. not if I don't have too so I don't have to travel all the way down there with my service dog and back which round trip is 4 hours, I just want him to reply to my email that ive been waiting for since sept 25th and we are now oct 16th and you have failed to keep me updated on what's going on and why he hasn't been able to get back to me, or if I HAVE to make an appointment for him to see me then book me in. I explained replying to emails is part of your job and im disgusted you have ignored all my emails. Her reply was oh? you're disgusted, well ive been dealing with people for 15 years and I said then you need to learn to start replying to emails. she hung up the phone so I sent another email stating what I needed again. A week later I still hear NOTHING. I sent another email to her stating its been a week and I still haven't heard anything and I needed papers filled out for my lawyers as that was one of the issues in my original email, of course, no surprise I received no reply. The whole week im thinking how could Dr mason hire such a rotten lady that clearly knows nothing about mental illness and treat HIS patients like this and does he even know she is this wicked? Later that day on the 24th of October, (one day shy of a month of me starting my emails begging for my refill of anti-depression meds so I don't end up in the hospital or worse committing suicide from stopping the medication abruptly that she ignored.)I receive a letter stating that doctor mason no longer wants to be my doctor, at this point I emailed my lawyers because after 20 years of the same doctor you feel a part of you is missing as the dark cloud instantly starts over you and I mentally started to break down. I was on day 1 of no meds and I could feel my body loosing control of itself. I was by myself as my significant other is military and was away serving. What he had to hear me go through while trying to focus on serving this country took a huge unneeded toll on him, as what military member should have to worry about this kind of stuff while they are away. My lawyers got involved, which Kim ran them around the bush multiple times and came up with every excuse in the book on why they couldn't speak to him about me, little does she know paperwork was signed three years ago by everyone stating they have full rights with me. I ended up leaving.
