Tried calling for weeks before, but they're always closed. Finally got to talk to someone and it'll take a month to see the doctor. Mind as well go to a walk-in clinic. Their address also changed to this address, but you have no way of knowing unless you ask them. Such a great service.

Would be zero if it could be. Called for an appointment and was rudely turned away and then hung up on. People who are calling for appointments are typically sick or injured and having an ounce of compassion truly goes a long way. I called Telemed after being hung up on and they promptly booked me an appointment, with kindness.
