It is impossible to get through to this doctor’s office on the phone and, my god, it is 2021 how is there no email/online booking of appointments!? I have literally been calling for 5 days - different times of day - and the phone is always busy. Edit: gave an extra star because Dr. Kelton was very good when I was able to see him last year

I have been a patient for years with very serious mental health issues including suicidal tendencies. I have been calling all morning, 20 times so far. And Jane the receptionist has left the phone off the hook (I know this is the case because I've watched her do it many times while I'm in the office). When the line wasnt busy it went to voicemail which said I couldn't leave a message. I kept calling and when I finally did get connected I was promptly hung up on. As someone who worked as a receptionist for 4 years I am appalled at this, people who literally are at risk of dying are unable to get through to their doctor. What kind of monster do you have to be to deny help to those that are begging for it. If I die, I hope Jane can sleep well at night knowing she could have prevented the death of a bright 24 year old and she chose not to because she didnt "feel like" doing her damn job.
