Dr. Davies took my daughters urgent consult for a foreign body removal. Office staff reaccomodated her in the schedule as she was in tremendous pain. No wonder there may be increased wait times when you're the only specialist covering the entire Quinte area. Thank you for providing excellent care and helping this distraught family.

Sitting in the crowded waiting room for 1 hour. How can you be 1+ hour behind with your appointments at 9h30 in the morning. Total lack of respect for your patients.

Took a family member in for an appointment. What a horrible way to waste a whole afternoon. And the AC vent is in the bathroom, so when someone goes in, when the air turns on it forces all that lovey smell into a waiting room crammed full of people. Why are professionals so bad at sheduling, organizing, and otherwise managing the time of their patients?

Sat in a waiting room from 130 to almost 4pm without seeing the doctor. Our appointment was for 140pm.

Dr.Davies is a very caring and thorough doctor! I was appalled when I read some of the reviews! Unfortunately a lot of his patients are older and don’t use computers to be able to have an input! My mother, mother-in-law, aunts and uncles have all been patients of Dr.Davies! They all speak highly of him. They respect him and recommend him as a doctor! They all say he is very patient, kind and thorough!

My husband is a cancer patient and dealing with glaucoma at the same time. His appointment was for 8:30 in the morning. Saw the doctor at 11:00. Dr. Davies was neither empathetic nor polite about the wait.
