Don't waste your time. If there are no doctors in the office you get no help from your doctor. No way to get a hold of your care provider what so ever. I guess these doctors do not have cell phones or email or land lines. Have fun in emergency! No help from the receptionst. I cannot believe the lack of care these people have. Disgusting.

There shoud be a 0 stars option. Have been with this Oncology doctor for over 5 years and have had 0 help & progess for myself,and 4 children's,medical concerns. 0 care and concern into her patients. 0 important formal medical documents submitted by deadlines. 0 calls or check ups. Recovery from cancer has been a nightmare with this careless doctor. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED if you have medical issues that require attention. This is a very non caring, non chalant doctor. A chit chat, pick your favorite patients and only work on what she feels like type of doctor. For image and pay not for the people. The professional medical staff from Ottawa Cancer Center referred me to this doctor unknowing that she did not possess same knowledge and skills set. Ultimately no help, just a waste of 5 years l could've been helped, possibly better by now if l was.

My parents are st this practice, are both elderly with complicated diagnosis. The care here is amazing, modern but traditional in that these Drs make house calls. Wish I lived in Belleville and could be at this practice!!!!

When my son gets sick I call & get in the same day or the next! I never have a long wait time, Dr Julie has been my doctor for years & I've always been taken care of. 5/5 For me!
