The lack of compassion regarding a serious emergency is atrocious. Triage nurses are an insult the industry. Swore an oath to treat patients with care, the vibes I get off most of them is they could care less wether you're dead or alive. Maybe they should hire more than one doctor to work a shift. Would not recommend this place, even if you're barely breathing.

I would not go to this ER unless I was bleedy uncontrollably to death. They treat all patients like sewer rats. If there was a negative rating i would be at -10

Overall decent experience fore what I was there for. The wait is like 4-12 hours but to cut it down all u have to do is say u have a cough (wich I do a natural one ) and they'll pass u instantly in fear that u have covid. Staff is really nice and respectful of others. Sometimes the doctors van be judgy about things like weight and habits or interests

The staff is rude, When I went no patient was there except me, still I waited 7 hours, they took those patients who came after me. I can say when u are in dying position, then u should go there

Most time using the emergency, it was ok but really not quick. Heard of people who really had bad experience. Something should be done to improve service, because this is essential services!!
