I used to go here all the time, as did my family. But it's really gone downhill, reception is BEYOND rude and stressful to deal with. I avoid going to the doctors because of it, you rarely get to see doctor steciuk and when I asked why that is, the receptionist got even more uptight and rude. I will be switching doctors for sure. I called in last week because I was having a really hard time mentally and wanted to see what my options were and the first thing she said to me was "well if you're having a miscarriage then go to emerge" excuse me!? I never once mentioned anything to do with a miscarriage. Also NONE of receptions business. She will also let you stand at the front without even acknowledging you for 10 plus minutes. You will also need to call 50 plus times to even attempt to get through.

Very good doctor however the customer service in the office is terrible. Phone lines are almost always busy. I’ve seen the receptionist leave the phone off the hook while waiting for my appointment. They also leave their “closed” message on when they are in fact open. I’ve called today Thursday around 12:30 and it says “the office is now closed please call back Thursday after 9 am”. Receptionist has also been quite rude while visiting the office. Doctor is great if you can ever get through to her, good luck with that. Been a patient for over 10 years and average about 130 calls to the office before I get through.

Have been with this doctor since birth. She is great but reception is dreadful. I can never seem to get through within the first 5 or 10 phone calls. This morning, I have already made 67 phone calls to them , and still have not had the chance to speak to anyone. Becoming VERY irritated by this. If no one is going to answer the phones, at least invest in a proper answering machine.

Great doctor. Can be tricky to get through though. However no problems getting an appointment booked ASAP!
