From My first visit and meeting Dr Yu, i was impressed by her remarkable grasp of most recent research and knowledge. She is sympathetic to her patients and communicates in a very clear and respectful manner. the clinic is a fantastic concept as a team of medical professionals work together for the same goal. with Dr Yu and the Pharmacist on staff, i was able to achieve results that had eluded me for a very long time.

My first time here. Staff were excellent. Monique at the front was so helpful, friendly and my doctors asst vimochana so great in taking my vitals and health history. Dr.yu is an excellent listener I should say . The amount of time she spent on me is so good .I felt like she really cared about her patients and explain them what's happening, treatment options and their side affects. I think this how doctors should be rather asking a question or two and send for medical test or write a otc medication.

Would be nice to know you moved! Went for my appointment April 26 2018 ( booked a year ago ) . When phoned to call to say I would be 15 minutes late I was informed by call centre that I had to rebook for June. I flew back from the UK for this appointment. No notice in the mail or e-mail about change of address and no phone call week prior for conformation about appointment.

I have been in Dr. Alasaad's care for over 3 years. He is a very knowledgeable and carrying doctor. Since I moved from an other city I was bouncing from a doctor to an other. Dr. Alasaad wasn't there only as a diabetic doctor but he took care of other concerns and today I got a very good bill of health. Thanks to this great doctor and his staff.

Dr. Alasaad is Ignorant!! My wife came home very upset about how she was treated. Dr.'s have a position of power and should not belittle patients. This was our second dealing with him and he was the exact same both times. Don't go to him unless you have no choice.

I am a newer patient, with having only been there about 5 or so times now, but every time has been a pleasant experience! Every staff member from reception, to assistants, to doctors at LMC are always so friendly and make you feel welcomed! I honestly look forward to my appointments because of the warm feeling, the awesome care they show, and the professional visits! I mainly see the dietician Laura, and she is AMAZING! I've never felt such respect, care, and understanding from ANY health care professional the way I have from her! Also, Amanda (I believe she is an assistant) is always very energetic and happy with an "I love my job" personality! LMC honestly hires the best! For those who have or will complain about having to wait a bit longer than your scheduled appointment, be thankful these professionals do not rush you out and take the time to provide you with whatever you need!

Horrible! This is the worst medical operation I have ever came across. 2 months waits for an appointment. Incompetent doctors that don't know basic things. Bureaucracy at it's finest. AVOID if you have been referred here.

Much longer wait times than other doctors. Had to go over everything again with some sort of student before getting to see a doctor. Waste of 45 minutes. Could not find results from blood work, not familiar with computer system.

Do not waste your time with this clinic. It takes 3 months to get an appointment, then when you finally get a chance to talk with Dr. Susan Abdel Salam, she will not listen to any of your actual concerns, rather prescribe like a typical robot doctor. She can’t wait to get you in & out so she can move on to the next patient. Hold times to talk to a person on the phone are 20 minutes+ every time. I highly recommend a functional medicine or naturopath doctor who will look at your concerns comprehensively & as a whole body system.

I’ve had four 3 month check-ups here so far and have found Dr. Salam and her assistants to be very professional. Have never had to wait longer than five minutes for my appointments to start. The free diabetic clinics they hold are informative.

Spend hours waiting on hold and never reaching anyone. Bookings take months as it is to get in, no way to reasily reschedule without sitting and wasting your entire day. Completely unacceptable.
