Dr Sandhu is a terrific & brilliant physician. I’m lucky to have her as a family doctor. The facility is clean , ample parking & in a convenient location. I have been going here since it opened , I have had many positive experiences than negative ones. Actually, they exceeded my expectations.

The receptionist (for Dr. Johnson) is absolutely terrible. She doesn’t listen, and doesn’t understand the need for her to be competent at her job. Expect to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes before speaking to anyone most times you call in, and if you do speak to anyone you can count on her getting the information confused. I missed a call from them and called them right back, she insisted that she (or anyone else from the office) had not called me. I go and listen to voicemail and it was her asking me to call in to speak to them. Then I called in to discuss that an appointment they had booked me at the hospital had been booked for the wrong thing, and was informed I have to wait 15 days to speak to the doctor about it. She has been outright rude to both me and my wife in the office, I don’t understand how she still has this job.

This review is for the receptionist's desk, not the health care they provide here. Dr Roop Sandhu is an absolutely brilliant and wonderful person & doctor, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in her care - she is worth SIX stars. The receptionists however don't ever seem to answer their phone. I would bet money, seriously, I BET YOU MONEY that if you call their line (ext 3 for Sandhu) THEY WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALL. This wouldn't be an issue if you could leave a message, but of course "messages are not being accepted", LIKE IT'S BEEN FOR NEARLY A YEAR NOW. I sincerly hope their receptionists read this because I really want to keep seeing Sandhu, but if you NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONES - I CAN NEVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Please! Just do your job!!

The doctors are great. The receptionists literally turn off the phone for most of the day. I get they're busy, but why isn't there an email option or something?

The doctors are really nice and competent, I have no complains about that, but the front staff is horrible. Prescriptions solicited by the pharmacy takes 30 days or more to get a reply, as they don't pass them to the doctor. This has potential life threatening consequences as some medications are essential. Don't avoid the clinic, but understand that you will have to be on top of the front staff for everything.

Useless!!! Avoid this office at all costs. It's really too bad because the doctor (Dr Johnson) is fantastic but her receptionist is counter productive.... She has referred me to the walk in clinic several times now because the doctor can't see me... If my kid is off school it's not for something we've planned to make an appointment for .. There should be room in the schedule for walk ins/emergencies during the day. The receptionist has even referred me to GOOGLE!!... what do I need a family doctor for if I have to go to the walk in all the time!?!?

This office is beyond and above of amazing! Dr. Crystal is very caring, knowledgeable, professional family doctor. Never had such an excellent experience! The office staff, Keren and Lisa are always there for you, providing you with professionalism and the best patient care! Coming to this place always means having great experience!

I am a local Nurse Practitioner and I was recently accepted by Dr Sharma and I am new to the city. I had needed urgent follow up for a urgent cancer screening issue which included the need for a timely referral and follow up ultrasounds, and I was extremely difficult to get an appointment with her, staff telling me repeatedly she is only in the office 2 hours a week. I basically had to beg for an appointment time, which took over a month before I was seen. In addition, once we called to report to me abnormal test results then then got defensive about my concerns about the timely access to my medical records from my old doctor ( which I pod to have transferred but she said she didn’t have the password and wasn’t computer savvy) ??? I had the timely need for life insurance forms to be filled out which required the need fir that file to be reviewed. I was asking for the reasons for the documentation delay and she started to get upset in the phone with me and then told me to find another doctor. I highly recommend you avoid this unprofessional doctor. If an MD can’t maintain their professionalism perhaps they need to retire or find a different profession. I am filing a formal complaint to the college due to this experience. I was not asking for anything unreasonable I am back to dealing with my medical issues through a walk in clinic.. all because I reminded her politely that by law I have the right to access my medical records in a timely fashion. I hope this review helps others avoid this type of experience.

Dr Sharma is very dismissive. You are best to go somewhere else. Just in it for the money sadly.

Dr. Khatami and his staff are the best team around. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment and they go above and beyond in terms of bedside manner. I am so grateful that my family is part of this practice - he's by far the most diligent, exceptionally professional, not to mention kindest, doctor I've ever met. His receptionist and nurse are also amazing and so nice to interact with. Thank you ❤

Receptionist for dr. Johnson is just terrible need to have a better system the lady is very rude. I have tried now for 2 weeks to get an appointment and to even get through to the call I have waited an hour each time and my call gets dropped. When I do get through she suggested I go see a walk-in clinic, so why do I have a family doctor if what I'm going through need to be reported and follow up all the time. When I do go to a walk-in the doctor say I should be seeing my family doctor. Ugh ????????‍♀️

I absolutely love Dr.Johnson. She is extremely down to earth, very easy to talk to, and very thorough. I am so lucky this lovely lady took me on as her patient. My husband got in with her as well and he was also very impressed. I feel very lucky to have her as my primary physician. I have never had an issue with reception either. I have never felt more comfortable at a clinic. Her team of nurses are great too.

Dr. Johnson is amazing, but the new procedures you have to deal with to get to her makes it impossible to see her. The receptionist procedures need to be re-examined. It is difficult to get an appointment and I fail to understand why the receptionist has to ask you what is your problem and decides how urgent you need to see the doctor.
