How does the Doctor take vacation one week and the receptionist the next, thus leaving their patients without any contact for 2 weeks?! Why wouldn't they coordinate with one another or have someone else from the practice cover for them. Makes no sense when you're waiting to hear how your cancer is going to be treated ?!
