The receptionist/Administration is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sharma will not take any patients that suffer from chronic illness requiring any narcotic medication. She only works mornings Monday to Friday. As well as she DECIDES if she wants to take you on as a patient. Therefore, she seems to not be a doctor at all, and has no interest in helping people. But rather wants quick in and out patients to bill for quick, easy money. Such a shame.

I cant even get over the receptionists to begin with, So rude and pushy. Wait and wait in the waiting room as doctor is always late. Overbooked always. poor experience as i always have to fight to get what is needed.

Called receptionist today for new patients accepts or not, but as expected never picked up. So I went to clinic at 274 Hurst drive Unit 101 On door it says office is temporarily closed So next besides door all doctors were sit next room. I knocked door, Niti sharma open a door and I said are you guys accepting patients? Niti: can you please read a bord, it says office is closed. I said "a door it says office is closed but it not saying that you are accepting a patients or not" She was watching me with attitude and she said "no not accepting and shut the door" Wow good experience that how doctor thinks they are smart but they are actually not.

Dr. Sharma is amazing. If your appointment is late, it is because she takes time with each of her patient to research and explain issues. I am glad knowing she is in our lives as we start our family. She's helped me sort through a variety of issues and we trust her guidance whenever we see her.

1 month appointment date. Worst Family doctor i ever came across. Wish this corona time ends and would be able to change my family doctor

All the receptionist run the place oh you need your doctor! I get told to see the walk-in. Or i can fit you in 2-4 months from now. ????????????????????????????Doctor good if you can get past receptionist big game.

How can we book an appointment when the receptionists do NOT answer. Absolutely ludicrous! I have been calling for over 2 hours to get through.

I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for a while now and she's great! Her staff is very friendly and I'm usually not waiting long to see her. Thanks :)
