I have been there twice. Entire experience was awesome. Both of the doctor and technician presented the procedures very details and step by step. English is not my first language. They explained slowly and patiently. The front desk is lovely too, I would give 5 stars if they can answer my phone call. So I do not have to try multiple times a day. But I can totally understand after I see their appointment schedule. I recommend to everyone!!!

Dr Fefelova truly cares about her patients. After seeing her twice she recommended surgery to get rid of a growth in my uterus. Every encounter with her was pleasant and she was always patient, not rushing and answering any questions I had. Her office took great care of me and were very professional during my ultrasounds. Anyone complaining about callbacks... I would argue that the staff are taking care of the patients INSIDE the clinic. If you listen to the voicemail there's an email you can send your concerns and questions to, and I found that was a lot quicker. This clinic is fast paced and I appreciated having email as an option. Who likes going into a clinic and seeing the receptionist on the phone?? Unable to address your concerns when you arrive? Wouldn't you rather be taken care of face to face? Anyway Dr. Fefelova was extremely helpful, kind, caring, informative and thorough. I would recommend her a thousand times. Thank you to the ultrasound techs and the medical receptionists as well. The clinic is clean and lovely inside. No complaints at all.

Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Fefelova for aiding me with my surgery. Yes the phone system needs to be handled with more promptness but overall great doctor.
