I have been Dr. Dove's client since mid-80's and have never had any regrets or bad experiences. A visit here means that you will receive the best possible care from a highly trained, experienced, and professional team. Friendly atmosphere helps you forget that this is a dentist's office which so many of us still tend to fear. Dr. Dove and his staff are also very good with kids. Both of my children were first seen by Dr. Dove before they started cutting their first teeth. This first, very positive experience, paved the way for future visits that neither child ever shied away from. My favourite hygienist often shares helpful hints, and explains "all things teeth" and how they relate to one's overall well being, while the team's most talented RRDH whips up the best fitting ingot (be sure to ask), or makes her best retainer impression. I will definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone, and will continue to be their patient for years to come. e.b.

Just had my dental surgery that was originally scheduled for March. New COVID protocols are properly in place and smoothly accomplished. Dr. Dove and his staff are always kind and helpful. Due to paying some attention to the detailed post-op instructions that I received (paper copy, with appropriate highlighting) and a free homemade ice pack, I iced a TON the first day and post-op swelling and bruising are minimal. Always look forward to working with all of the staff here; they take their lead from Dr. Dove and are invariably courteous and empathetic.

Ratiu for my wife. She has an extreme phobia of dental needles and our regular dentist sent her here for some dental work. The staff are incredibly friendly and made her feel very comfortable. The price is a bit high but I would imagine right in line with other specialty dental work requiring anesthesia etc. They have also been very accommodating while she was pregnant and able to delay a lot of the work until it was safe to do so. She has gone back for more work so she's satisfied.

Don't come here if you have even the slightest dental anxiety. I was asked to leave the office because I cried after being told I needed a root canal. The reception is kind, but the dentist is not (Dr. Dove). He would not allow me time to calm down and refused to continue the exam "because patients in the waiting room can hear this". Then charged me for a full appointment. The dental anxiety specialists I see now have nothing good to say about him. Wish I had the courage to say this years ago, rather than now.

Great experience! I always have pain whenever I go to OR leave the dentist. I've had a lot of dental work over the years and Dr. Kong was very nice and there was zero pain! Very efficient and took the time to show me what he did and explain how he fixed my tooth. I also always swell up badly with freezing and Dr. Kong took that information and tried another type of freezing and I didn't swell up at all! The whole staff is very welcoming and pleasant and the dental assistant was very friendly and they made a good team! Would highly recommend. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for ????

My daughter is 5 and had her first dentist appointment today. All the staff were excellent, comforting and caring. I am so happy we chose Dr. Dove Dental. Looking forward to many years of care. Not only is the care great. We felt very safe and all health protocols were followed. Starting with our arrival, care and departure. The office and the rooms were very clean, although there were staff and patients being cared for the timing was perfect to limit our closeness with other patients. Thank you.

The back up Dentist is a butcher he didn't freeze me properly hurt like hell when he pulled my wisdom tooth and wouldn't prescribe the only pain medication I can take as I am allergic to most after suffering in pain the whole weekend they didnt seem to care when i called them the following Monday I don't recommend this dentist

I've been going to Dr. Dove for almost 30 years. He has performed complex procedures with me very expertly. Dr. Dove, his reception staff, dental techs and hygeniests are all very friendly and great at their jobs. There is very little wait time and your appt starts and ends promptly. During this appointment, my exam was done by Dr. Kong, a new addition to the team. It was my first time meeting Dr. Kong, he was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to quickly file a problem area on one of my teeth, preventing a follow up visit. I have every confidence that Dr. Kong can look after my dental needs when Dr. Dove is out of office.
