After doing some research and shopping around I had Dr. Staples do my Invisalign braces. I was very satisfied with my experience, from the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Staples himself. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming and made me feel as if I had been a patient for years. Very professional staff does excellent work and they went above and beyond to accommodate me when I needed them to, and I found their prices to be quite competitive. Highly recommended.

Been going to Dr.staples for around 35 years. I know..he doesn't look that age. When I go there it's the best. Everyone works as a team. 3 Cs are their powerpac: Communication,collaboration,co-operation. You can see it in action. Every experience over the many years has been positive. I actually enjoy going there. You get to look up and enjoy all the gorgeous characters....and they are characters. Authentic care like this builds trust and reassurance. Because of this I continue to enjoy a high level of dental health. Every detail is taken into account and I feel in safe hands.

I have recently moved to Barrie and was looking for a new dentist. I'm a big fan of online reviews so that's exactly what I did. Checked dentists in the area welcoming new patients and what reviews they had. I had my first appointment at Dr.Staples clinic yesterday. In one word, Wonderful! The office is bright and clean. The staff are amazing; friendly, very efficient and extremely personable/professional. The hygienist was delightful, she was gentle, thorough and my teeth looked/felt great afterward. Dr. Staples himself was great. He too was professional yet very friendly and personable. I certainly was very pleased with my first visit. The staff even gave me a signed Thank you card with a small gift for choosing to make an appointment there. Unexpected and not necessary but nice surprise! I definitely plan to become a regular patient at Dr. Staples clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're in the market for a new dentist!

My children actually love going to the dentist. My son is usually terrified of needles, however, he doesn’t even notice when Dr. Staples needs to administer freezing. Great dental office. Dr Staples and his team of office administrators nurses and hygienists do wonderful work. The office is clean, bright, friendly and efficient. They offer timely appointment reminders and rescheduling is not difficult. Appointments run on time. Routine dental care is thorough and includes patient education to prevent future problems. Dental procedures done by Dr Staples and his assistant are comfortable and technically excellent!

Well, I just got my first aligners for my Invisalign and I have to say I’m glad I came to Dr. Staples and his team. Let’s start with Leslie who works there. I think she is an absolute gem, so sweet, gentle and thorough when it comes to explaining everything you need to know. She didn’t miss a step! As for Dr. Staples, he is friendly, knowledgeable and really makes the whole experience quite nice. I had inquired with a few other places and honestly I am so happy I came here to get them. Additionally, Wendy at the front desk has always been great and so helpful as well, answering all my questions before I came in for my initial consultation.
