You would think in 2021 and with Covid they would be easier to reach spending hours just to get through is ridiculous. No wonder front staff are rude by the time you get through you are ready to explode. My friend who is the patient and I are sitting here both on a phone hoping to get through. ????

Front desk staff is extremely RUDE. I missed an appt in December and was discharged because i missed it. Called to talk to her and they told me yr discharged too bad. Wish dr vanderwater was still there. After being with him for 40 yrs to now not having a doctor for missing 1 appointment because we were on lockdown. Absolutely insane.

I had Dr. Vanderwater first. He was great but once he retired I have not ywt been able to get in contact with the new Dr. No one ever answers the phone. I have moved and wNted to update them but with no luck of talking to anyone. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES. I have been trying to get test results but they dont have my contact information updated. Absolutely ridiculous

I had been with dr Vanderwater since he opened his practice in the eighties. He was a wonderful doctor. I was nervous about his replacement. I absolutely adore Dr Luchkiw. She is extremely competent, timely and kind. I never feel rushed and she listens with care. I took away one star because there is one receptionist that is appallingly rude and unkind. If the staff are reading this they already know who it is. Please fire her. I’ve witnessed her tell Off seniors who had the nerve to ask her questions. Totally u professional.

Very hard to get a timely appt when asked if I could please talk to dr luchkiw the answer is no and Front desk Staff is very rude .I had hoped to have a new dr who I could get in to see but never had the chance Over 40years with Dr Vanderwater and had hoped for the the same with dr Luchkiw but was never given the chance On to bigger and better things. Sorry we never got the chance to meet

Dr. Luchkiw is like a breath of fresh air. What a lovely person she is! So professional and kind. I have to say she is the best Doctor I have ever had! Over and above her professional skills and expertise. She never keeps you waiting! When you have an appointment at 10:00 a.m. She's there at 10:00 a.m. Also, I must comment Shelley , the awesome nurse practioner! Also the best I've every had! The office ha a nice calm atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate to be a patient there. They are the best!!!!!
