I was shopping around for a new optometrist for a long time before finding Dr. McLeod. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a great selection of glasses at reasonable prices and best of all, they billed directly to my insurance company. Dr. McLeod is patient and takes time to explain each test he performs. I would highly recommend.

While our family was on holidays in Honey Harbour (we are from BC) my father had a retinal detachment. Dr. McLeod made room in his schedule for my dad, and ensured he was promptly referred for the much needed surgery. Dr. McLeod's office was well equipped and modern, and his staff was very friendly. I was impressed with the thoroughness of his examination, as well as his bedside manner in a situation that was quite unnerving for my dad. As an optometrist myself, I was incredibly pleased with the level of care that was given and would highly recommend Dr. McLeod.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I've been a patient religiously for almost 5 years. In that time one of his staff delivered my contacts (60km) because I was home with a very ill child. Just last Tuesday I was running late from work & he stayed behind almost 30 minutes after closing so I could pick up my lenses. But that's not even the best part. I see the man twice a year at the most & he remembers my name, how many children I have, even what I do for a living. You will never find a business owner/customer relationship like that anywhere else. If that wasn't enough, I've compared my glasses & contacts to a few big box stores & he is substantially cheaper (even Costco). If you need any eye care, Dr. McLeod & his staff are who you want to deal with.

His exams are a pleasure and he remembers details about your personal life that most people could not care about. Last summer I had issues with dry eyes and although Dr. McLeod was not my optometrist he saw me very quickly! I saw him weekly for about month to monitor my eyes and ensure they were getting better. He made me feel confident that the problem could be resolved and with his advice it was. I have now made him my regular optometrist and you can truly tell that he really cares for his patients and their eyesight. Staff is wonderful as well! I look forward to Dr. McLeod taking care of my eyes for the years ahead!!

I'm so upset!!!! we had an appointment for my 3 year old and because we were late in 10 minutes because of traffic they didn't accept us and told us to reschedule after we drove 30 minutes to get there!!!!! of course we won't go there again, what a terrible service
