You will be able to see all the feddbacks of people like you who are buying the services of Bellfarm Walk in clinic (Doctor) near Barrie (Canada).
At this moment the firm receives a score of 2.3 over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 61 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is low, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the assessment is quite reliable. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to give reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Doctor belongs to the category of Community health centre.
Adjusted my earlier review. Mistake on my behalf not theirs (also I was misinformed about booking appts here. So much confusion in one post!)
No need for a three hour wait time! It’s called get two doctors in to deal with the wait. I have never had such poor service from a walk-in-clinic. Never coming back here and don’t recommend anyone else to either.
If there will be a option to give a negative ratings , I will definitely give -3 stars. Government should take action against this clinic. I really got a bad experience twice from this clinic. Rude receptionist
The receptionist was very nice and efficient! It was a bit of a long wait but this was expected coming into a walk in clinic.
Lots of waiting time here
Good staff and service
The receptionists are always so rude, treats people horribly, and treats people as they are stupid. They wanted us to pay cash for our tb read because their debit machine was broken, it just seems like a cash grab. The worst clinic I've ever been to in my life. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating.
The hours on google are wrong It says they are open on friday from 5pm-9pm plus two other clinics recommended this location because they were open from 5pm-9pm but upon calling the clinic is closed ans has been since 4pm
The worst clinic ever, close 30mins before closing time, rude and careless.
Friday and knowledgeable general practice Doctors and staff
They close registration early here based on how many people are waiting. I got here at 3:20pm and they closed registration by 5pm. The hours are odd, so calling in a day in advance or before getting here is a good idea. Still waiting, but over all its ok. Will see how it is once I see a doctor...
My mother got sent home by the muslim receptionist because they “were at capacity” but she proceeded to take the other people from the same culture as her.
Bad attitude from male doctor at the walk-in clinic. Would not explain fully what the issue was and brushed me away without proper analysis and solution. He said that I should leave my issue, that hurts to touch, alone and that it will be there for years...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Guard.me notice they say!! They want immediate 70$ payment for the visit. Even if you are carrying Gaurd.me they ginna charge you and want you to fill the paperwork for reimbursement. 70$ is allot for international students and this clinic showing worse management with rude behavior, long waits, no phone answering, and changing their clinic hours often. Students be prepared to pay 70$ in advance just to see a doctor.
The Doctor was older and acted like my child was not acting properly since he wasn’t willing to open his mouth wide enough. Exclaiming he was too busy to deal with my child for 5 minutes. Worst bedside manner ever.
I've always found the walk-in clinic and the Doctors to be very good. All clinics have lineups of varying times, depending on the day and time.
I have always had a pleasant experience their. Staff were always nice to me.
If they tell you an hour, you’ll be waiting 3. How hard is it to give people a reasonable estimation of the wait time? The counter attendant is also very rude.
I felt safe (extensive anti-covid measures in place) and the staff and doctor working that day were friendly, knowledgeable, and the doctor especially took the time to listen to me describe about my health ailments.
I arrived ~40 minutes before they opened and didn't get in. They accepted less than 15 people. 2 stars because I've also gone here and had no issues besides a long wait.
Wasn't an unpleasant secretary, but if they're full after thirty minutes they should plan for more doctors or open earlier. Furthermore, if they're going to recommend a different clinic and taking a bus they should have that specific bus schedule and route available for people.
Called in the morning to get in the same day over a basic medical need. Got told over the phone no they only take appointments for the next day. No exceptions. So instead of a full days warning to get in, for a 15 minute appointment, that would likely result in a basic prescription for antibiotics. We have ow waited 7 hours in Emergency because bellfarm "walk in" couldent be bother to do their job. Some people have jobs that require them to work during your business hours. Just because theres a pandemic, arbitrary rules do nothing to help. How could waiting 24 hours do anything to help with covid 19?? So rather then helping people we are now wasting time and money in a hospital emergency room for a basic need. Very disappointed in Bellfarm "walk in" clinc
Long waiting time
Hardworking individuals who hustle non stop. Straight to the point - no time for friendly chit chat with patients, as demand for health care is constant and top priority. Lots of informative posters and signs to answer questions patients may have to save time at registration. I hopefully wont be back, but should I need a doctor in a jiffy, I'll be at Bellfarm (unless registration is closed due to high volume of patients, and try to show up before 8:30pm to get a chair as they stop accepting patients to close on time, which is 10pm).
I visited this clinic today and I can not relate to these bad reviews. From my experience this is a totally standard walk-in clinic, with nothing standing out as amazing or terrible. Generally no experience in a walk in clinic is great and this one is no exception. Here is a basic outline of my experience: - I went in today (on a Saturday) at 10:16 (they opened at 10) and waited in line for under 10 minutes - the receptionist was professional and efficient giving me an estimated wait time of "at least 2-2 1/2 hours" - I asked if it was possible to leave,so she gave me a ticket saying to be back and checked back in with this ticket by 12pm, adding that at that time she would be able to give me a better estimate of wait time. (The ticket said this is not an appointment time to see the doctor, it is only a time to return to maintain your spot in the queue. If you do not return by this time you may be removed from the list and your spot may be reassigned). - I came back at 11:55 and checked in with no line. I was told there were only 4 patients ahead of me and asked to stay. - I came prepared with a book and phone to entertain myself (knowing every walk-in clinic inevitably requires waiting) but there were plenty of seats and it was generally quiet - registration closed at 12:20 because they reached capacity (they didn't close until 4) - other patients in the waiting room complained about having to wait so long and others talked about how standard this wait time was - at 12:45 I was called into the room -I saw Dr. Fakour, she was friendly, very professional and efficient (but she did not make me feel rushed) - I left with a satisfactory outcome at 1:05 Total wait time was under 3 hours. I waited in the clinic for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I have been to dozens of walk-ins all around Canada and no one wants to spend hours of their busy lives (especially with a sick child) waiting to see a doctor. The complains in these reviews are characteristic of many clinic experiences; wait times are often 3+ hours, they often stop accepted patients far earlier then you would expect, the doctors and staff often feel the need to rush, etc. Know this and prepare yourself! I question if this clinic deserves such a low rating...
When I walk in this clinic, the front lady asked me to call the phone line to book an appointment. While I call them, they set up an automatic response which pushes me to book an appointment on their website. Why things have to be so complicated and literally wasting my time. After all, I still cannot book an appointment cuz the schedule was full. Very terrible customer service!!!
The reception needs to be fired!!! She rude and arguing with patients. Gives incorrect information. Waited 2.5 hours after being told it was an hour wait.
Dr. Leung was amazing. She took the time necessary to help my husband. Thank you!
The receptionist was so rude. She was not listening to me at all..nd i never got satisfied with their service..never...
Every time I go to this clinic I get turned away. No matter how early I get there I get told they are running behind or full!!! I then look around and see two people waiting in the waiting room with no line up and there is 2 hours to go!! Worst clinic c ever!! They are not there to help people!!
The nurse at the receptionist is extremely rude, treats people like garbage
front desk nurse was rude. walk in clinic apparently means appointment only. turned a pregnant woman away with no where to go.
O my god..the reception is soooooooo rude..that lady wearing scarf and she is tooo much rude...i dnt understand why she s working there if she doesnt know how to treat and talk to patients.doctor was nice..but if this clinic gonna lose patients it will only becoz of that rude unprofessional receptionist lady...
One of the worst clinic in Barrie. The receptionist was extremely rude. I had very bad experience in this clinic.
Make appointment for my daughter who is sick watch everyone walk in before her with appointment for a tb reading later then her apointment but they get seen when there are kids that are sick and parents make appointments so u dont bring kids in makes me sick how our health care does what it wants. And does even follow there own rules. 2 half hours later then her appointment we get in joke
I have been there 3 times and the receptionist was very rude, the muslim lady. She doesn’t know how to treat the patients and I don’t understand why and how she is still working there. Nowadays Me and my family go to different hospital just because of that arrogant lady. The worst receptionist
It closes at 4 but closed registration at 12... Nice
Open till 10 PM. Registration closed at 7:45. 3 people in waiting room.
Too much waiting
If your not feeling well , don’t go there you will feel worse. I am a senior the front receptionist was extremely rude not helpful at all. She should not be working with the public.I will never go back there. Horrifying experience. She should not be there if she hates her job.
Was more than three hours...thr receptionist was very rude...
a little slow getting in but doctor was very good. Informative and good natured
I had a great experience today getting my stitches out. Receptionist was amazing as well as the doctor. I was seen within 5 mins of my appointment time. I highly recommend
Poor service. So much attitude the receptionists have. Waiting is more than expected. Will never come back. Registration closed at 1 pm, even the clinic is open until 4 pm.
3 hour wait but worth it. The receptionist was efficient and the Dr. was great.
Very rude receptionist no manners at all. Long wait time and no time management.
We came here 4 hours before closing. receptionist was extremely rude and told us they are at their capacity....there were literally 8 patients waiting in the waiting room. So it takes 30 mins for each patient to see a doctor? I'm sure the doctors at this clinic are great. But please train your receptionist, her customer service skills are horrible.
Edicate seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle to get as many people in and out as slow as you possibly can.....Friendly seems to have also gone by the way side...and I guess introducing yourself and making eye contact is out of the question any more...wow.... I feel that people are here because they are feeling lousy....and a little bit of friendly goes a long way....
Yes there was a wait time (it’s a walk-in clinic so I’m not sure what you expected?) but Dr. MacLean was so worth the wait. She was so kind and genuinely cared about my concerns about my baby. She provided knowledgeable suggestions for treatment. I wish she were my family doctor. Thank you
Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. All staff aren’t on the same page. Some staff are extremely rude. If you don’t want to talk nicely to people, don’t be in this type of business.
Have never had a good experience here. Unfriendly staff, extremely long wait times, and a prime example of where The Canadian health care system has failed.
