With the ease of appointment booking and rescheduling in my case, staff are friendly and professional. When meeting with Olga she takes the time to assess your foot care needs. Through conversation we discussed activities, footwear along with any pain or discomfort incurred by the activities. New orthotics molds were created, as my old pair were in need of replacement. Information is provided informing of length of time it will take for completion of custom molds & follow up appointment scheduled for pick up. I visited Olga last year, due to some foot discomfort I was experiencing, her solution was simple, alleviating my foot discomfort. I would thoroughly recommend visiting Barrie Foot Clinic.

Outstanding! Thorough! Caring, engaged, patient....I could go on but you get the picture. My career depends upon healthy feet and I have experienced foot pain to the degree that I have had to take a leave of absence. A few minutes of examination and observation and Olga had identified the complex issues, proposed a solution and initiated a treatment plan. If I could have danced back to my car I would have but hobbled cheerfully instead, full of confidence in Olga's assessment. I give this clinic the highest recommendation. Considered listening and observation plus vast foot mechanism/movement knowledge are the cornerstone of Olga's practice. Run don't walk (if you can!) for a healthy feet solution at The Barrie Foot Clinic. I am not liberal with praise generally but my experience was a solid 10/10!

Olga was fantastic! I have chronic pain in my left foot, and while I already have orthotics that work well, I am hoping to have less pain when I am not wearing them. She suggested a brand of shoe I hadn't heard about, and suggested I come back for Shockwave treatment, but only if I need to. This should help me start running again! There was no wait time at all, and the clinic took every COVID-19 precaution. They even took care of billing my insurance company while I was in my appt with Olga, so I could go on with the rest of my day right away.

For many years I have delt with ingrown toe nails, but not just the front corners, but full length of the big toe nail on both sides. Olga was able tocremove both sides of nail, leaving the majority of the nail, and cauterized both sides so I will not have to deal with ingrowns again. Although still healing, I'm in less pain withcthis procedure being done than in 6 plus years
