I can never get through when I call. It takes weeks to book and appointment because no one answers the phone, and they have limited "phone answering hours". It has been this way for as long as I have been going there... at least 10 years. Maybe its time to fix that issue because I know I'm not the only one having a problem.

Voicemail is a joke. So many restrictions on when you can call, visit or leave a voicemail...gross not worthy of even one star for a business in December 2018

Dr. Dickson is an incredible doctor who always has the best interest of our family. They can be hard to get a hold of at times but the woman managing all those calls, appointments, patients, files, and so on is always very kind, patient and working hard.

We have been patients here for almost 20 years Dr. Dickson is an outstanding family doctor who is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He is up on the latest treatment or drug to help you get better. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The issue with contacting the practice is a very minor one and you always get through to them I' m not sure if he is taking new patients but I highly recommend this excellent doctor. m not sure if he is taking new oatients

I tried to call several times and it doesn't even go through and the last time I was there I was rushed and and as I asked the nurse about something she said there was no time and went back to the back room and I could hear them mocking me repeating what I said to her and laughing..

Probably the worst clinic in Barrie. Good luck trying to book a appointment or just even getting a hold of somebody. Just listen to the voice mail. you can tell they dont care lol. And when i finally got a appointment, they were 30-45 mins late and didnt take the time with me at all. seemed like he had more important things to do. Garbage of a place.

Its incredibly hard to be able to make an appointment as they only answer the phone between 9 and 12 and leaving a message is useless as they refuse to return your calls. This makes it hard as me and many other people are trying to get through this window to make an appointment, as there are busy signals and often i cant get through. Clearly they need either an email or online service for booking appointments as it would be less of a hassle and then patients can make make appointments as soon as they need it instead of wasting their time playing telephone tag. After all its a doctors office not a radio station competition.

Worst doctors office ever, Dr takes to much time off, out of meds that I need, I take Lyrica and not supposed to just stop taking them, have to wait for 3 days for him to come back, if you can go somewhere else, I would suggest doing so, I will be changing doctors very soon!

Dr. Haines has been my physician for several years - the only reason he isn’t any more is that I’m moving out of province. He is a great listener and asks questions - doesn’t jump to conclusions. In the time I’ve been with him, I’ve undergone three major surgeries - he was great finding specialists and referring, then post surgery, he was involved with the surgeon to help thing go as smoothly as possible. I’d highly recommend him as a doctor. (Staff are generally great - nurse is wonderful and so is nurse practitioner. Front desk can be a little disappointing when she is stressed but once in the door, it is great.)
