The receptionists were great, and this review is specifically about the doctor I was with. I am sure they have other great doctors in their practice as family and friends did not have this experience. I went for a COVID-19 test, I have received one in the past and know it is a fairly quick thing. The doctor swirled in my nose for way longer than needed, I told him I was uncomfortable and he continued to swirl the swab in my nose. I had to ask him to remove the swab as I was very uncomfortable at this point. I will not be returning, it has also been 5 days and I have not received my results. I have been trying to call the clinic today for more information, website says they open at 8AM.. it is now 8:15 and I can not get through to their phone.. it says they are closed, and I can not return to work as promised due to their negligence.

Not super impressed. I was under the impression it was a walk in clinic because that’s what the sign posted stated. However they only do walk ins if there is room which I understand. But it took 40 mins in line outside for someone to tell me that because the number of the clinic goes straight to voicemail. It would be nice if I called and someone in the office could tell me if they had room for walk ins or not and that way I didn’t waste my time. I won’t be back in the meantime

Very very rude ……. Wont even give one star….. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and waited 1:30 hrs and doctor asked me to do X ray. I did my X ray on last wednesday and X ray people said they will send to my doctor on friday. Its been a week, today is wednesday… i called the clinic tuesday to give me an appointment but they said they dont have my x ray yet so i dont need appointment. Seriously? Now this is walk in clinic, so i just went there on wednesday and the lady at door was so rude. She was like “its not work like this, if u dont have appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours, i have so many patients, you are wasting time etc etc. i dont want to waste time thats why i called one day earlier to book an appointment you stupid. These people should not be a doctor, their duty is to help humanity. I dont want to use bad language here but so so frustrating. Dont go there, you will die but they will wait for the appointment.

The worst walk-in clinic , I went there at 9:00am , there was only one patient , the guy didn't allow me to go in , because I didn't have appointment !!! even he didn't set appointment ... This place is just a walk-in clinic ... I will definitely raise my complaint to Ministry of Health.

My experience was not that great at all. No sense of urgency from staff even when clinic is empty. Receptionist's unapproachable displaying disdain to patients trying to book an appointment. A little lesson on empathy and relatedness would go a long way.

Guys, find a way to tell people more realistic waiting time and i will edit my review! Waiting 2.5 hours for service without knowing that is crazy in year 2019 ! There are bunch of ways to stop this and not let people waisting half of the day bacase they in need. Let me know if you need help fixing it, maybe i can assist you on that.

Unfortunately I can't select ZERO star... never never never again I come this clinic , the management , receptionists , and doctor are the worst ... I don't recommend you to go this clinic .... it was thunderstorm , they asked me to go out from back door and exactly the over of outside was gutter output.... the management is so funny ... the patients need to make appointment min a day before ...so this is not walk-in clinic ... . the doctor was supposed to call me for specialist appointment, after two weeks nobody call me .... sorry for all you ... you better close your store....

Terrible establishment. I hope you know at least 3 days in advance when you need to see the doctor. You need an appointment or you're not getting in, the nurse/lady was rude as can be, there was no direction of where/what they want you to do (covid restrictions). Dont waste your time coming.

Wait is always far too long. You will wait 1 hour for only a 3 minute talk with the doctor. Not worth it at all.

The clinic it self good and clean but the wait time is like emergency hospital,even is not that busy but still takes long time to see doctor at reception she say come in 30 to 45 minutes,when you come back still she say your turn after 5 people.

This place has great drs but the support stafff are rude and unaccomadating. We called this morning and were told they were taking walk-ins. We arrived 10 minutes later and were turned away because they were full with appointments. Super frustrating considering we have a young child. This is the second time we have been turned away from this walk-in clinic and it will be the last. Everytime there are a few people in the large waiting room and does not seem busy. They dont even seem bothered they are turning you away. If I could give you zero stars I would. You need to decide are you a walk in clinic or appointment clinic.

This place is terrible. Been here twice now. Both times had to wait over an hour. They promise no longer than an hour and 20 minutes but that is just simply not true. The staff are great but the wait time is ridiculous. Go elsewhere if your able to.

Show up at 940 to an empty walk in clinic and get turned down. Unbelievable if you ask me. Pretty sad that a 10pm closing is actually a 930pm. Glad to see the doctors are here for the people... ha

I was there last week. Woke up in the morning and managed to scratch my eye somehow. I went in and was informed that they might not be able to help me because it was an eye issue. They brought me in almost immediately in front of the people who were already there and waiting. Because of the type of injury. I appreciate that very much so seeing as it could have been a waste of time to sit if they weren't able to help me. Fortunately the doctor was able to treat me there. Thank you for your help I appreciate the services you are providing to me and our community. To the people who waited for me. I appreciate you patience too. Thank you

Was very impressed with service received today. We went to 3 other clinics/covid test centres with 30-50 people waiting for service. At Prince William Clinic we waited outside but the line moved quickly and doctor and nurses were very efficient. My total wait and service time was an hour which to me was very reasonable given the alternatives. They were systematic, cleaned the chairs and doors with each person and friendly. I will go here in the future.

Going to the clinic has always given me anxiety, but to have to visit in the middle of a pandemic was terrifying for me. Thank you to the staff from the lady who booked my apt over the phone to the gentlemen who checked me in to the doctor for being so professional and kind. You made my experience much better than i thought it could be!

Came 2 days in a row for my little brother to get a doctor, I even called in advance to make sure they wouldn't waste my time, and instead of letting me book an appointment in advance the receptionist said that I should come jn make an appointment but I couldn't even do that. The appointments only a day in advance and you have to make it before 12:00pm

Every time when i went with my son it was great, no a long waiting time, doctors and staff were great. Yes, you need appointment like everywhere during Covid but you get one the same day which is great

I am not even sure this facility is worthy of one star. Walkin clinics are to be on a first come first serve basis. We sat and waited for hours and watched people walk in the door see the doctor and leave. I asked reseption why this is. Apparently people needing shots is what they call quick care get looked after first. These clinics are talked highly about because they are linked with the family doctor. Almost worth waiting over a month to get in there as well.

Their phone service said they were taking walk in and when I went with my grandson because he has swollen glands and can't swallow they said I have to book an appointment, since when were appointments more important than a sick child

The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. First of all, the receptionists/nurses in the front desk were very rude and condescending. It seemed they didn’t want to help you at all or at least sympathize with what you were there for. Second, they were giggling and making fun of my son’s name (who was the patient) when they had to read it out loud; it was bad enough that my son was sick, and I had to deal with their awful attitude (specifically the black lady in the front desk). What kind of health professionals do that? I wouldn’t even give this review a star if I had the option.

Wish I could give zero stars. I suspected a blood clot in my leg and made a appointment with a doctor. Upon arrival I handed my health card and they refused me because “it’s not covid” nonsense. I’m a Ontario resident with a appointment and valid health card. Enjoy the lawsuit if something happens to me.

Appointments are required even though it is supposed to be a walk in clinic. Called to make an appointment but if you don’t answer their call, they remove you from list and I had to call again to get on a call back list, but never got a call back. Receptionist was also rude with all the questions I had regarding how they operate. I’m trying to get an elderly parent in to see a doctor, so how are elders supposed to be independent if younger people find this type of service hard to navigate. Where can we complain about businesses like this and I would love to understand what they are charging our government for services they don’t do!

Got to clinic at 11:50am today, Saturday, because my clinic, Rizzardo Clinic was unexpectedly closed. I had a 2 hr wait but was able to leave and hold my queue. Emily, patient booking, was very pleasant and very polite. The Dr. Singh was very thorough and listened to my issues. The whole experience was quite pleasant, especially when I was feeling lousy. Due to an unexpected closure of another clinic, this clinic took up the slack and fitted all the patients in. Five stars to the staff of this clinic.

The nurse was so rude dont know she doesn't want to work or by force she was working I had appointment after my nephew and we waited for 3 hrs i had another meeting and in between but the nurse took of my number even my nephew was there still waiting but they still want me to wait and sitting continuously dont understand. And that nurse even when I went back and my nephew was still waiting to see from 3 hrs and my appointment was after him but she took of my number and cancelled

For the mere fact that I called and arrived at the clinic 8min later when I was just told "walk-ins" were being accepted to only be turned away at the door with a small child......disgusting. You should only be operating on an appointment basis and don't waste people's time!

The nurse at reception was extremely condescending. When I went up to the counter a second time to ask question, she met me with an extremely forced sarcastic smile. Imagine a forced smile and rather than a how can I help you a "yesssss". After hearing her condescending response to my question, I left the clinic and went to another walk in clinic 9 minutes away. I have never felt that way at a clinic, made me literally sick to my stomach for the other patients there seeking assistance with their health. The clinic needs to invest in an office manager that knows how to be the face of the company rather than a nurse who seemed as though she was forced to do this annoying and tedious task that was below her. There is no question why they have a low google rating based on my visit.

My grandmother went here complaining of general fatigue and overall feeling of malaise. She also had small chest pain. They told her "thats what happens when you get older." She died within 2 weeks from a problem with her heart. I looked it up and what the Dr's at the hospital say she died from was easily treated once identified. Please do not go here.

My wait time was not bad at all, and it was worth it because the doctor gave me his full attention and answered all my questions without me feeling like I was just a number.
