Dr. Kaler is such a wonderful person and skilled doctor. He was the first person who was able to help me so much with my anxiety, stress and severe CFS at the moment I was ready to give up. I first met Dr. Kaler in September 2107, I was very overweight and not very happy with my self. Within a year I lost 90 pounds working with Dr. Kaler. It wasn't just about what or when he told me eat, the reason I think it worked so well is because he truly supported and cared about me. Dr. Kaler was the only one that truly believed that I could do this. I didn't even believe I could really lose that much weight at first. He never gave up on me even though I had a crises of faith in myself. He helped me push through that and keep going. Dr. Kaler has also helped me with other areas of my life, as it happens with some people it's just not always about the weight, the weight gain is a symptom of other areas of your life that you need to address. Dr. Kaler has been helping me get though these, he has helped me become a much stronger, healthier and happier person. He truly listens to what you have to say and comes up with strategies to help you work through what the issue is. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Kaler who actually spend time with their patients and care about them. I am fortunate to have found him.
