The zipper on my ski jacket broke while I was on the slopes. I am visiting from the US and did not have another jacket. I emailed Maria for an appointment to fix it. She was very responsive and got me in quick. She fixed the zipper in 2 minutes and the price was really reasonable. Back on the slopes warm with a zipped jacket! She is fantastic--highly recommend!
