Very impressive clinic and overall experience. There are some very unique services offered here. There is always some uncertainty about going somewhere new, and the negative feedback others left was definitely not my experience! Dr. Dawne was very accommodating to our needs. She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate in her care. I will continue to pursue naturopathic care in this clinic - even if I have to make the drive to do so:) I've experienced a lot of holistic clinics and this one was awesome. Due to the lack of a receptionist, you can't walk in and expect immediate service. I'd recommend online booking or leaving a voicemail at the clinic. I believe the service prices are fair due to this reason, and I can appreciate that. Direct billing is a definite plus. Thank you again:)

I came here just for a psychiatric assessment because there was no other in Banff National Park and they were not helpful at all. No call backs, no response back, and after a month of trying, I laid down the line, only for them to tell me that "this is the number you need to call. They will sort it out". That would've been helpful a month ago you unresponsive, lying ****bags.

My friend and I came after he hurt his back on a trail just before closing and no one was there to greet us. After checking the whole clinic I said hello in a somewhat loud voice and a therapist came out and seemed very annoyed that we were there. I told her our situation but she was totally unmoved and basically kicked us out. Guess our health and wellness wasnt a high priority
