Tried to get a tooth pulled and insisted I couldn't afford a root canal due to the mutant nature of my tooth. They scheduled a tooth pulling. When I showed up they had cancelled my appointment without informing me and tried to make me pay to see a specialist in Calgary ($2000,) when I refused they tried to reschedule me for the tooth pulling I was scheduled to have that day, for a week later. I left and got an appointment at the other dentist across the street, who was great.

Had my hygiene appointment today with Jocelyn and as always my cleaning was prompt, professional and comfortable. The office has always been extremely accommodating to my every need and sometimes even emergencies as they come up. I am always impressed that the team takes the time to remember little details about me and my life adding to the comfort of the visit.

Doctor Foreman is a great Dentist. She patiently explain what is the problem with the tooth and all the possible solution for the same. She will make sure you are comfortable. In Particular Katarina on the reception was very helpful and honestly went an extra mile to ensure I was happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this place to friends and family for there Dental needs.

Excellent service by Dr. Ravindra Dhanani, the whole experience was very smooth, I've seen him for my tooth problems and cleaning them. The way he explained the issue and how to prevent it made my visit so worth it. The team is very polite and knowledgeable. I am impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. Only dental surgery in town that would except me for a same day emergency appointment. Customer service was also excellent when I arrived, would definitely recommend to anyone without a dentist already in town.

Dentist explained me everything in detail. Never knew how cavities look on x-rays before. I was explained with x-rays and photographs of my teeth that what needs to be done and why. Made me confident about my teeth and treatment. Highly recommend Banff Dental care.

I really enjoy the laid back and welcoming atmosphere at Banff Dental Care. I have dental anxiety, so I was more than happy with how the experience put me at ease. All the staff are so friendly and professional. Dr. RD is a great dentist that educates his patients and helps them to better understand their treatment plan in a clear and relatable way. The administrative staff were very helpful when it came to understanding my dental coverage. My Hygienist Kyla was great at explaining everything especially in detail, as well as making sure I was comfortable during my entire hygiene appointment. Thanks for the great experience!

I would just like to give a big "Thank-you" to Banff Dental Care. As I am normally a pretty anxious person regarding dental work, the ladies at Banff Dental Care took so much time, effort and care with me that my anxiety regarding dentists and dental visits, subsided. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a lovely smile and a warm welcome from either: Jill, or Katarina. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you arrive. Kyla, the hygienist, was outstanding. I was so highly impressed with her, that I don't believe I will ever find another hygienist as passionate, professional and likable as I found her to be. She was extremely knowledgeable and any question I might have had, she answered reassuringly. Christie was exceptional. There wasn't a moment she didn't make me aware of what was happening and was very understanding and caring knowing about my anxieties regarding dental care. I was blown away with her attention to detail and elevated standard of work. I honestly couldn't recommend Banff Dental Care highly enough. They are exceptional.

Ive always had a great time with this team. They are very courteous and polite. Always there whenever you need to call or get something checked out. Dr F was answered all questions, gave good explanations and discussed pros and cons of treatment in detail. If i was still in Banff, id only go here!

I highly recommend Banff Dental Care. My routine appointments at this practice have always been very good, however with a recent larger procedure the level of care was above and beyond. Dr Dhanani was incredibly thorough, informative and offered excellent guidance and explanation of my treatment options. I was nervous about the work, but his attentiveness and communication - even answering questions between appointments - was very appreciated and gave me the confidence to take the plunge. I was amazed at the speed and painlessness of my sessions. Thanks to the other staff members at the office - all of whom are friendly and professional. In particular, Katarina is a real credit to that team. Her kindness and knowledge made the whole experience seamless for me, and she very patiently helped answer my many questions. I'm extremely pleased with the results of my treatment - quite literally it has changed my smile!

Watch out! Patient for 20+ years. The office fails to collect from my insurance company, denies any wrong doing and sends the bill straight to the collection agency. Poor service at a serious price!

-Dr.Foreman is always professional, shows any areas of concern on the Xray! -Cleaning are always through, very happy with all the hygienists! - At my last visit, I was waiting for my appointment, when a co-woker came out from the back and asked the front receptionist a question and got a very rude response. I know this is not the end of the world but in less then 2 minutes my hygienist came up front with her patient and handed the same same receptionist a note. I was very disappointed to hear the receptionist swear at the her because she couldn't read her writing. I wasn't going to say anything, but working in the service industry as well has bothered me more and more each day. It is very disrespectful to the other staff members and your patients. It doesn't matter matter if she was having a bad day it is unacceptable for any reason.
