The Dentist is amazing. Carol, not so much. Very unprofessional. I have been going through a reaction to medication and had to cancel an appointment. Apparently she did not like that and felt the need to hang up on me. Ive worked with the public for nearly 25 years, a few years in some call centers, never inmin life have I nor would I hang up or give someone going through something so uncomfortable such attitude, especially hang up on them mid sentence. Even ehwn i had clients swear at me and I was supposed to hang up, I took it with a grain of salt and resolved the issue de-escalating the client I was with. I feel completely disrespected. I am probably not going to go back or even call. I dont dont to deal with that nonsense.

I've been on the lookout for a new dentist and I have found THE one. I have dental phobia and Dr Cho and his team were amazing - he took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and what to expect during and after. He's probably the most gentle dentist I've had. I felt no discomfort whatsoever and he kept giving me breaks so I could breathe and not panic. The team was incredibly friendly and thorough on my aftercare as well and when I forgot some steps and called back they had all the information ready with no hassle. Hands down would 100% recommend!!!

One of the best dental offices I've been today. Very clean and the staff is very professional. The inside of the office is very very nice and spacious and feels like you're right at home which made me feel very comfortable going there!

Most of the dental work I've had done here is hygenist related. I've had 3 different hygenists over a period of a few years. All of them excellent. Caring, gentle ladies. Dr. Rodrigues, although I've only seen twice was a gentle caring soul also. All staff from the front desk to the chair are top-notch.,

Park View Dental is the best dentistry in town. The male dentist there is amazing, makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable and very friendly. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend over anything else in town. Happy with both my visits so far. Upfront about costs. Overall super pleased with their service :)
