I just moved to bancroft and had to stop in because during my move, I broke my glasses. They were able to take my lenses out of my broken frame and swap them into something new. All in less than 30 minutes. Fast and affordable. And excellent service.

For under $20 (the policies in place) basically held my eyes hostage!! They were unable to give me 2 days grace to pay for my glasses that were approved by disability, (in other words more than %80), as I am on a fixed income living bellow poverty (According to our Government), and didn't get my cheque until the end of the month... I need my glasses to drive ( as restrictions do apply), and having eyesight makes it easier volunteering at NHCC. (The Community Cupboard our local food bank) Instead I walked in with change in a plastic baggy ( literally as I had to enter my piggy bank adding to my embarrassment!!!!) I paid my $18.30 and am waiting to see if they got my prescription right the first time!!!

They are charging a 'imagery fee' (71$), when we asked for details we were told its to cover the cost of the doctors PPE due to covid19. Disgusting and unacceptable, we will take our business somewhere else.

My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Jeff Guthrie and his staff were professional, courteous and efficient during my initial eye exam and subsequent follow up visit. Nothing bad to say at all.

I made an appointment for my children to have their eyes tested. My one child (who is 5 years old) has asthma and has been suffering with asthma attacks recently (possibly due to this crazy weather we are experiencing?) but nonetheless, we must carry a rescue inhaler due to his attacks and lack of oxygen intake. He is mask exempt for this reason. The doctors at this clinic refused him an eye exam due to the fact he is medically exempt from mask wearing. This clinic openly discriminates against those who cannot wear masks, please don't go there if you have a medical exemption. You will be turned away.
