I am disabled. I have a bad back. I threw my back out a few days ago and was desperate for relief. They prescribed me anxiety medication. I am already on anxiety medication. I do not see the point of this. I am lacking sleep due to pain. I have a special needs child I am elearning as well. Things were a lot different with Dr White.

See this so called doctor in emerg. I told him what's been going on lots of headaches etc etc he said oh I think it's actually neck tension. I go get my script and I open it , it's for depression. This guy should be fired. I'm reading on here he's actually done this to others.

They help in whatever way is needed. As long as you have a doctor there are options in therapy, a clinic, help with diabetes etc

It should never be difficult to get a hold of the lady who sits are the desk taking calls to book appointments and should never be closed on a weekday when they are closed on weekends. Every single time I call to book an appointment with Dr. Fransky I call twice a day at least or more to try and get a hold of the lady who makes the appointments. This is absolutely ridiculous. ( no I do not call on their lunch breaks ). It doesn't just happen here and there it is every single time.

Thank you Dr Griffin for your assistance yesterday in the Emerg parking lot. As you know I am medically dx'd with EHS electromagnetic hypersensitivity ( caused by over exposures to wireless tech and EM fields. Everytime we call nobody answers been trying to get an appiontment for a few day. Tried of driving in to make an appointment when people are sitting by phones and not answering them

Terrible time trying just to get a hold of the office. We leave messages and 3 weeks without any reply! Unbelievable the lack of Professionalism, 3 Years we have been with them and it has been like this since the beginning. Even there Administration offices are slower than molasses in February!

absolutely impossible to get an appointment arranged over the phone. Used to have to drive to the clinic to make an appointment and now this is not an option. Secretary is incredibly rude and is the reason I will be changing doctors. They find no Urgency in your medical problems. Absolutely no concern for patients. This is pre-covid as well. I have been dealing with this office for over two years now and am DONE. If you see another doctor they will threaten to drop you as a patient but are basically refusing care at this time.

I tried to make an appointment by calling the office for 3 days , the phone call went to the doctors messaging , I was told on the answering service that I could NOT leave a message to request an appointment but at the same time I could not get a human voice to answer for 3 Days and 5 days later still I could not get anyone on the phone . I would say this is the most INEFFICIENT business model I have ever encountered. I could call any clinic in Ontario and get and appointment in an hour. This system needs to change ,there are people that need a doctor ASAP. I hope there is someone listening ,maybe the director?

During covid times the team has been great. There doing the best they can. They've always helped when possible. Girls in front office are busy with many calls. They don't get enough recognition. Thank you staff and doctors. Great job everyone, keep it up!
