I have been a patient with the Pauze Ferdais Clinic for the past five years and I cannot say enough about the excellent care that I have received. The entire team of professionals go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Ferdais literally saved my life and that was on my first visit to their clinic because he took the time to listen to me. I have never felt like I was being pushed out the door because he is busy, he will take the time that you need. If you are dissatisfied with the present care that you are receiving, or you are looking for excellent health care, I highly recommend the Pauze Ferdais Clinic. How many doctors do you know take the time to call you at home to see how you are. Mine does!

Malheureusement, on m'a répondu que pour un rendez-vous en ''urgence'' je devais attendre un minimum de 4 semaines!!! parce que seul les membres forfaitaires peuvent avoir des rendez-vous rapides, la réceptionniste ne propose pas que je devienne ''forfaitaire'', elle ne fait aucune proposition ou suggestion. Donc impossible de les consulter si nous ne sommes pas membres, mais aussi impossible de devenir membre si on ne peut pas les consulter...un non-sens. L'accès au privé est devenu aussi compliqué que les cliniques affiliée à la RAMQ. Désolant et décevant comme service.
