They are lost. Horrible service. I have been a CIBC customer since the 80's. CIBC closed my local branch and now have to go to Asbestos. By far the worst client services I have ever had.

Poor customer service. Have an existing mortgage with them and sent emails to the manager when I was looking to purchase a second property complete with financials and she couldn’t be bothered to get back to me. Made several attempts to no avail. Luckily was approved elsewhere. Will not be renewing with CIBC as they do not deserve my business. Have heard similar stories from others in Digby area
