We just wonder. Is there a better and most caring, compassionate, approachable, efficient and extremely knowledgable doctor on this PLANET than Dr. STEEVE BOISSINOT? He restored our faith in humanity and that's not an exaggeration. If you met him, you probably know what we are talking about. He is simply an amazing human being. All my family believes he is by far THE best ever. We wanted to write this review long time ago and kept postponing it. Glad we finally did it. He deserves it! His family must be very proud of him. Dr Steeve YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Susan Low for 30 years and she is the most caring ,thorough ,patient doctor as well as an incredible person. She looks at issues breaks them down into components and assesses if the strategy is the best it can be. I am more than confident that any of the partners working in the office have been carefully selected and Are trustable in her absence.

Failed to provide basic information regarding a follow up appointment, resulting in several hours of my time being unnecessarily wasted. The vision for our healthcare system is to provide patient-centric care, and provide the right information at the right time. This was not the case in my experience.

Upon doing some research online and reading reviews on family doctors accepting new patients in the Edmonton area, I came across Dr S. Boissinot. I was taken back by all the positive reviews and experiences others have had with him, that it made my decision to chose him quite easy. Now, after seeing him a few times, I can attest to the fact that he goes above and beyond expectations. He listens to your concerns, provides very valuable feedback and it never feels rushed. You would be hard-pressed to find a better family physician in YEG.

All of the staff and doctors are so kind and welcoming, always making it a very comfortable and easy experience! Also, easy to book and get in quickly!

The receptionist staff are so incredibly rude, especially over the phone. Only receptionist that I've had consistently good interactions with was Hoda. The doctors are incredible, but the receptionists need a serious attitude check.

Extremely rude over the phone. Tried to call and book an appointment because online it says certain doctors at the clinic are taking new patients, this was false information and when I called they basically just hung up on me.

Dr Boissinot is amazing! He's the first doctor I was able to see when I moved to Canada a few years ago, but I've never felt the need or want to look for another. He made a stressful international move so much easier because he takes a genuine interest in his patients lives and histories. He is incredibly caring and supportive and I feel well taken care of by him and the staff at yellow bird.
