Immediately the (filled) cart I was pushing to the side when they said they don’t have any tolls open and that I’d have to go to the self checkout. Going to customer service to checkout wasn’t an option as they said the cart contained too much to go to customer service. Sorry - but I don’t work here.

Its way cheaper to shop here than in Mayerthorpe. Wide variety of items to choose from. Some items are poorly made so be careful what you get. Groceries are priced pretty good and there's plenty of items to choose from.

Larger than the Edson Wallmart and was not out of sale items like seems to happen regularly at the Edson location. The fact it is in a shopping plaza with some other things around you can get done is nice. It is a bit out of the way if one doesn't know Whitecourt, but is easy enough to get there. Staff was friendly and a good amount of self check-out tills to get through it quickly.

Cash registers with actual people open either at 10 or 10:30am as I was told by an employee today fun. Self-checkout available as soon as the store opens though, so if you enjoy stealing jobs and not getting paid to do someone's work like a slave no point in shopping here in the early hours. Or if you don't have produce you can use the customer service however if you need produce you will have to wait or use self-checkout

It’s Walmart. Better than some worse than others. Smell is a pain. The produce is best in whitecourt. And the self check out is great.

Normally I don't buy all that much at Walmart, because I can only carry so much in a basket. These guys seem to have figured me out, because they didn't have their carts locked up and requiring a loonie. Now I bought way too much stuff. This'll be my last review, as I can't afford my phone bill. At least I have enough food to last me a few months ????‍♂️
