Disappointing service. Unorganized. Cannot follow a schedule or appointments. Good luck getting calls back. Would recommend finding another specialist at another clinic to work with.

The office is not well managed. No one ever answers the phone, and messages are not returned. I left several messages over a period of three weeks and no one ever called me back. Dr. Gilmour was ambivalent to my concerns and symptoms, despite not being a hematologist, which I had been referred to in the first place. The clinic decided to send me to internal med as opposed to respecting my GP’s referral. The whole process with them has been awful.

This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and Dr.Bosonea has been so helpful. For years, I have struggled to find a doctor who listens to find answers with the things wrong. Doctor Bosonea went above and beyond to ensure my problems could be fixed. She is so kind and I can't say enough good things about her the clinic.
