I've been coming here for the last ten years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Doctor Van is the best! I've come as a walk in or appointment and have been seen within minutes. He listens to all of my concerns, takes time to ask about family history and makes me feel like you're a person not a number. He won't give unnecessary tests or medications. He will get you into specialists as quickly as possible when needed. Takes time to handle all concerns and fears and makes me feel comfortable with the decisions made for my health. Best doctor ever for both myself and my family. PS: Doctor Van's nurses Alice and Cammy are fantastic too! Always smiling and friendly to everyone!

This used to be an awesome place to go. They were fast and efficient. Now they are no longer fast. They dont really care at all. When you have an appointment for 5:30 PM and your still sitting waiting for 20 plus minutes its ridiculous. The appointment is for a specific time for a reason. I'm going to start looking for a new doctor of this isnt delt with soon. The reception is rude and dont seem to care at all. The only reason I'm giving this 1 star at all is for the only 2 doctors that have been helpful. Malik my family doctor and Van have been great doctors. The others dont seem to know anything and dont even seem to care. If I see any walk in except van they argue about stuff that my family doctor has specifically prescribed me for medication that actually work. I'm at the end of my patience with this clinic. If not for those 2 doctors that have helped, this clinic would be getting 0 stars.

Very poorly ran. When we first started comjng here it was quick and thw staff was friendly. Now it is slow and they can not even give you a rough estimate on wait time as a walk in. The one night we brought our son here and we arrived before they were closed but turned us away.

***i do not recommend Dr. BAHRY*** Let me start by saying that first, I took my dad to this clinic and spoke with Dr Bahry I asked if he could referred my dad to a pulmonologist specialist, because my dad have had some exams before on his chest in the hospital Peter Lougheed, they told him he was good, which was obviously not true my dad has been having trouble breathing at night and whenever he takes deep breaths you could hear a weird sound that it makes Along with other symptoms , he has never smoke in his life, which is why I wanted the Dr to referred him to a Pulmonologist, Dr Bahry said he was going to do that, we waited 3 1/2 weeks just to find out by the receptionist that he hasn’t done any referrals. Mind you, I called twice to follow up, because I was told they were gonna call us. Absolutely unprofessional.

Very uninformed female doctor (Dr. Heba). She claimed that "there is 100% no chance of pregnancy when taking birth control" and refused to even discuss further possibilities of what the problem may have been. She was very set in the fact that there are never medical anomalies that may allow a woman to belive she is having her period and nor be aware of pregnancy. All around a very poor expirience.

Just seen Dr Papal asked for a referral for my 1 year old son and said "He doesn't have time" because he busy. what a waste of time with this doctor.I don't recommend him for patients with kids.

90% of dissatisfied patrons seem to be the first to post a negative experience. This place has been our go to for doctors for at least 10 years. Our family doctor has been fantastic with us. From day one till today. Never feeling like he has lost his compassion for care and wellbeing. I thought the clinic needs the rest of us to say it isn’t a bad place to be when in need of health care.

I was a patient of Dr. Marius Van Vuuren in 2006 to 2009. The staff and Dr Van has been the best experience with an office I have ever had the care that was pervided to my children and myself has yet to be matched. Dr Van is honest, direct and careing. I have been going to this clinic for years and their services has only gotten worse over years and I feel like the doctors don't care like they use too. They have the rudest support staff I have even encountered and some of them when they pick up the phone they say hello and then when you ask if you called the right number they go well yea. So rude try to find a clinic that actually cares about you and your family. Don't waste you time on this clinic.

We drop by to have my daughter checked. Shes been having high fever 40+ for 4 consecutive days. When we entered the room, we noticed that the printer is printing something alrrady. When the Dr. Malik came, he looks like such in a hurry. He checked my daughter in less than a minute. Very minimal questions. .. and remember the printer, yup, before he even checked my daughter, the prescription is already made. Wow! He predicted what to give before checking my daughter. Beware of Dr. Malik. Wouldnt let my daughter see him again.

We used to go to a different one that was rather dirty and some of the doctors were unprofessional and even vulgar. We found this clinic and Dr. Malik has been fantastic with my family and me with all of our needs. Very professional and friendly as well as rather quick! Wait times vary based on when you do come in as a walk in and if you come early you’ll SOMETIMES be able to get in before your scheduled time. I recommend dr. Malik as well as the rest of the staff. We wouldn’t go anywhere else as we trust our doctor!

You book an appointment and you come on time they will make you wait for 2 hours no problem, but when you are late for 15 minutes you have to pay. Mr Zahid barely spend more than 5 minutes with you, this if you are lucky, and if he like your race and your face. Stay away. ابتعد ولا تقترب ولا اسوء.

I need to report a Dr. Fizza Rafiq who has one of the most unhelpful attitudes I've seen in a doctor. She deliberately delayed referring me to a specialist, and wouldn't follow up on the referral once it was put in motion. When my fibro got bad (which it occasionally does), it became extremely difficult for me to walk and I asked her to fill out a requisition form so that I may get a walker from Alberta Red Cross; she wouldn't do that. When I did finally see a specialist (after an year), who said she will put in a note to Dr. Fizza to refer me to a chronic pain management clinic, Dr. Fizza refused to process it saying there's a long wait, and too many forms to fill out and that they won't help me anyhow. She basically she just told me to shut up and keep scarfing down the pills she begrudgingly writes me a prescription for, and to just DEAL WITH IT.

Dr Van Vuuren has been a saving grace for myself and my family. I went misdiagnosed for years in Ontario, he took the time to listen and did what was needed to find the 5 proper diagnosis I did have. My health has gotten so much better thanks to him. I love Alice she is amazing and the front desk staff are wonderful people who will take the time out of their day when not at work to say hi if they see you. My kids love our medical clinic as well my son is rather complex and I have never had an issue with my childrens care at this office also Dr Malikis very knowledgeable and professional when I have seen him as a walk in.

I highly recommend attending this clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. The assistants and receptionists are also very friendly and constantly have a smile on their faces. They always try to accommodate my schedule in any way which is best for me. Overall, it's a great experience attending this clinic.

I’ve always had a poor experience with making phone calls to this place. They’re either understaffed, or they don’t have systems in place to monitor their phones. I have called the location more than 25 times since 2 PM. Having your phones off for more than one hour without having a voicemail is a horrible way to run your business. I had spoken with the doctors and they were supposed to make a note for me that I was supposed to bring in somewhere today. The doctor asked me if she could make the note the next day and have the office call me when it’s in. This was last week. I cannot reach the office and they will not follow up with what they’re supposed to do. Thinking of finding a new place to do my medical.

It is with great pleasure that I can rate this place with 5 stars. As a peace officer, I happen to run into many inconveniences on the job that result in me needing to visit the doctors office every now and then. There is no other clinic I would recommend to any of my family and any of the officers in my patrol. Other than the amazing staff, one particular receptionist with the scarf stands out to me the most. She is very courteous and professional, but what would surprise people is how kind she is. She is a pleasure to see every single day I step foot into that clinic. I was never able to catch her name so if she is reading this, thank you! -Joe

The nurse with the head scarf was very rude to me and my 6 days old baby. I wanted to report her to the doctor but I decided to give her another chance. Poor communication, very outspoken and lazy. She doesn’t want to do the work. No hand wash before and after touching the baby either. Other than that, the receptionists and the doctor were very nice.

I wouldn’t recommend this medical centre for anyone this place is a rip off wants to charge me 25$ for rescheduling my appointment. And the front staff as no respect for patients privacy they will talk about waiting patients in there language thinking others can’t undertand them. Yeh doctors are only there to make money and write you bs prescription so you geT out quick without any follow ups, I’m still waiting for my lab results which my doctor never contacted me it’s been over 4 months lazy front staff and lazy doctors Filipino crew is rude with poor work ethics

The wose experience I had today at Trans medical clinic the front staff was very bad and had very bad attitude. I went to the clinic to see doctor and I waited for 2 and half hours and the front staff was kept telling us the doctors are running behind. She told us we will take u guys back very shortly at checkins time and that shortly was over 2 hours plus very disrespectful front staff.After all of that waiting we didn't see the doctor we walked out. While waiting for 2 and half hours other 3 patients got angry as well with their bad experience. Never going back there again.

Ok for walk in, avoid dr Malik if you can. The other doctors are OK but the general feel is get you in and out as fast as possible regardless of whether you booked an appointment or are walk in. Having the pharmacy there is nice but drugs aren't the answer to everything. Edit: I now only use this clinic for when I need to see a doctor on the weekend. Doctors are people and I get that people aren't perfect but as others have said - find a clinic where you can get some consistent care. I have had a few (5%) visits over the last 10 years for my family and myself that we got 5 star care and felt like the doctor genuinely wanted to help us. But the majority of the care received is, "find out the complaint and treat the symptom".

beware of dr malik.. when i injured my back a year ago i was unaware there was so many options for me to get better without medication. he told me to quit my job and wait for surgery and take hardcore drugs like oxyconton and morphine. thank god i refused and decided to do my own research online! i believe in what goes around comes around so i am not writing this review to be malicious but i am doing this so that people can be aware and explore other options because hardcore drugs pushed by doctors can really ruin your life. i am fine now no surgery no drugs and no pain. did not have to quit my job or anything. be safe out there god bless.

One of the worst clinics ever, went in with an appt of my baby and still had to wait an hr for our turn, decided to give them a second chance and went in again with an appt and they had me wait 1 hr 15 mins before our turn, Philipino nurse is very rude and the doctors as well they don’t even keep the parents informed as to what is happening. You have to keep asking them, they don’t seem to care for the patients or people in general!

The first time I had a serious medical concern, Dr. Fizza Rafiq prescribed me medication that gave me a severe allergic reaction, without even asking me if I would have been allergic to any of the contents of that drug. I was rushed to the ER. The second time I was having issues with my reproductive health, and was bleeding constantly, and needed to know what was wrong and she withheld medical information repeatedly until I had to book an appointment to directly ask her about my results, to which she said "nothing is wrong, go home". The doctors have zero empathy or concerns for the wellbeing of their patients and it becomes really apparent when it comes to how they treat them in this clinic.
