Horrible! Second time they skipped me in drive thru and the manager was so rude asked for are breakfast sandwiches double toasted and they were barely even toasted. The donut was was old and hard. And there excuse was they are under staffed iv worked many jobs where I was under staffed and never had a problem. And they wonder why they are under staffed.

This place by far has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been in. Service is slow but the worst bit is the cleaniness of their restrooms. Today by far tops it. Poor service is an understatement. I wanted to order a coffee and doughnuts but there wasn't any staff at the counter. They do have the order yourself machines, but when I placed my order no one brought it. Other people were being served and it was as if i wasnt there or didnt matter. One of the workers came and asked me if I got my order then left to go get it...or so I thought. When i looked at her she was talking to other staff having a social chat. When I went to ask about my order it didnt seem like anyone knew I placed one. Finally I was annoyed enough to show my frustration fro a simple order that they clearly couldn't handle and I was only then served with my order. I will not return because the service is absolutely horrible.

For how busy a Timmy's gets, especially beside a major highway, they have tiny bathrooms. Two stalls with no room for the inevitable line to stand, but at least they had TP on a roll instead of the individual-sheet dispensers that some of the other Timmy's have. The till line moved fast and the drinks were ready fast.

Tim's! The clientele should really keep their scooters away from the doors, and close their stinky rotten-toothed mouths while you're trying to enjoy a tasty beverage. I swear I could smell garbage seeping out of someone's belly, and this happened way more than once. Take your coffee and/or food to go. Watch out for the drunk drivers from the busiest Beer Store next door too.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I bought large chilli (which) comes with plan bun and butter and ham and cheddar sandwiches. I left, awhile later when i opened the bag there was only chili and ham and cheddar sandwiche. No plain bun. I didn't know you have to check every time when you buy something at this location if they gave you all the food you paid for. Maybe they don't pay enough employees and they have to steal customers food because they cannot buy their own.

This is the closest Timmies to my house. The drive thru is extremely slow..I have worked in a drive thru for many years...and there is no excuse for how slow it is...I waited at the speaker for over a minite and 30 seconds before I was greeted...then when I got to the window I could see my order ready and waiting. yet I sat in the drive for 2minutes at the window as the girl looked at me and then continued to take and fill other orders.. baked goods and not using ANY GLOVES ..fair to say I will no longer be using this Timmies

This Tim Hortons has the worst service. They all have an attitude, they over charge for what they serve. You want a bagel with cream cheese and bacon? Well 60 cents for a layer of cream cheese that isn’t even as thick as a piece of paper. Then they charge a dollar for bacon when they rip the bacon strip in two pieces and that’s what you get for a dollar. What a joke. Never go here stop giving them business.

Extremely frustrating location of Tim Hortons. Been here multiple times and it's been a hassle every time. The staff seems to be consistently annoying and ignorant. Another aspect of this store I absolutely hate is the fact that the wait times are horrendously long even when you are the only one ordering — drive thru and walk-in included. You would think they would focus on the paying-customers, especially when it's their sole purpose and only way of attaining revenue.

Just tried to claim my weekend rewards here because the machine wasn't working at another Tim's. The women there currently sounded cranky at the drive thru speaker and had no idea how to scan my code once I got to the window so I lost out on rewards for the second time this month. They told me to come back during the week when someone else was in (and my rewards expire at the end of the weekend). This isn't my regular Tim Horton's but I'm never going to this one again.

just drove in the drive thru, tuesday december 4 th at 6:57 pm. got a coffee and an ice capp. iced capp was watery and tasted funny so went back after leaving since it was three dollars, went through the drive thru again and the teen girl working said nothing gave a dirty look as she took the iced capp and brought it to the back. talked with another lady and then came back with probably the same drink with a new straw. still didn’t say anything and gave it back to us. called in after to get her name since she wasn’t wearing her name tag but they said they couldn’t give that out till the next morning. not going back there again because of the bad service and not good quality iced capp.

Drive through order placed. Long wait for vehicle ahead of us. Common drive through problem everywhere. Drive through was clean, navigation is easy for most drivers. Pick up window server was polite but rushing due to line being backed up. Coffee was spot on the way I enjoy my coffee. Rewards card always used on my visits.recommend the card and this Tim Horton's drive through.

I was already trying to avoid supporting Tim Hortons as it was but decided I wanted a white hot chocolate this morning so I stopped in and got an extra large and a bagle. Got gas and then got onto the highway out of town and noticed the hot chocolate was spilling out the lid, which I hadn't opened yet. I tried to push the lid down but it felt like it was being pushed back up and wouldn't seal. I pulled over to find my roll up the rim was very clearly rolled up already and has teeth marks in it. I was already down the highway by then and didn't have time to turn around or be late for work. Absolutely will not be supporting Tim Hortons anymore, as this sealed the deal. I though this was internet nonsense but their employees are rolling up rims before selling you the coffee etc. Hot chocolate got dumped out because that's disgusting and I didn't even enjoy my half toasted bagel to top it off

This is the Tims I usually stop at when I'm working in the Whitecourt area since it's right off the highway. The service is fine, the food/drinks have always been as expected, and the location is convenient. The app doesn't always work when I'm trying to load it while in drive-thru, but that's on the app developers, not the store. Good food/drink stop when passing through WC.

Not here with the intention of bashing, simply just hoping that somebody sees this and can improve. I come to tim hortons every day for an iced capp, and everytime I have to return it for a new one as it tastes sour and looks very dark and off, it is unfortunate because that is my source of caffeine so I look forward to them daily. It costs me 3 dollars and eight cents per drink, so for the price I am paying I only ask that I get what I am paying for, it is very discouraging to walk there every morning to discover that once again something is wrong, I really hope this is something that can be improved.

The parking is not bad, the location is kind of annoying to get to from the highway. This, of course, isn't the fault of the Tim Hortons, but be aware that it will add several minutes to the trip because you need to navigate around some buildings to get to it. I've never had too huge of a lineup there, but there have been issues in the past with finding parking. There is parking suitable for semi trucks and trailers, but lacking enough parking for civilian vehicles.

I made a simple order; 2 drinks, a warmed muffin, and a single plain timbit. I got 2 correct drinks, a warmed muffin with a buttload of butter (literally dripping out of the bag), and a croissant. They may have been understaffed but it seemed each car had to wait at the window for their small orders; everything went extremely slow. Rating a 3 and not lower because I went back through and they corrected it with no hassle and were polite. The drive thru was not busy at all; the person behind me in line also ended up going back through to get their order fixed. In total I was at this tims for 15 minutes before finally getting my correct order.

Only one stall in the women's bathroom had a door on it. There was a dirty diaper and soiled wipes on the floor in front of the sink. We ordered and paid for 2 large chili's and waited off to the side for 5 minutes before calling over one of the employees. She told us they were out of chili. I have always found this place very clean. The staff are friendly and the service excellent. Sometimes, when you just need a break, its nice to stop in and just have a coffee. I have also swung by with friends and have some great memories. What I like about all Timmy Ho's is the consistency, good coffee, delicious donuts and chili like mom used to make, which is one of my favourite quick meals on a cold day. The owners, management and staff, should be proud of what they have done at this Tim Hortons.

Regular Tim's no surprises. Staff were friendly and efficient however several items from the menu were not available. There were many gaps in the donut and bagel display. We ordered a toasted bagel and as we were down the highway we started eating it and it must have been quite old. It was so dry and tough it couldn't be eaten. Other than that the coffee was hot and fresh. The bathroom was decently clean as well which is always appreciated.

Standard Tim Hortons, with a typical experience, only gave 3 stars due to covid outbreak at this location, probably best to avoid it if possible. Was told that they have been in operation with outbreak, and employees testing positive to stay home while others that are negative, or at least not showing symptoms, to go in and try to keep the ship afloat.

Just terrible. Stopped in on Sunday for dinner on the road with my mom. I ordered a combo, she had a coffee and donut. Didn't notice until after that they entered the items such that the coffee and donut were combined with the sandwich and I was charged extra for the side that should've been included with the combo. Only $1.50, but still it shouldn't be difficult to get such a small order correct. Coffee was good, but the sandwich was terrible. Had chicken salad on a croissant. Croissant was probably a few days old, crusty and very crumbly. Was more like sliced chicken bathed in watery mayonnaise than chicken salad. This is the second time I've stopped at this Tim Hortons and both times the food was sub-par.

From experience from behind the counter I can tell you this place is very poorly run. Much of the staff are foreign workers who often speak very little, or broken english. Orders are constantly messed up, and the food is usually awful too. My family has since started getting our dirty water from McDonald's up the road. Friday at 3pm Had the unfortunate opportunity to meet the staff working drive thru. Don't make eye contact, the most ignorant, unfriendly people I've ever met. To boot.... They got our order wrong not once, but twice. They made us feel like we were the problem and the inconvience for a wrong order. I'll stick with Ontario Road or East Main Tim's.

Staff was rude to me when I returned the wrong wrap to them and asked them to make me the right one. They told me that they don't make a farmers wrap. I told them they do at all locations in Edmonton....apparently no so in Whitecourt lol

Went today for the breakfast saw one of the customer not wearing MASK not maintaining social distancing after all this STAFF still serving the same customer ignoring all the guidelines of Alberta government and health not feel safe to go there anymore because of these people we still stuck in this PANDEMIC. Absolutely horrible, they got my order completely wrong, I was missing half of my order and I had to pay twice. Aswell they were extremely slow. This is not the first time this has happened either. I can say i will not be returning here anytime soon.

Been going to this coffee shop for over 12 yrs, never had a service problem til today. A very young female person decided to accost me about my NOT wearing a mask, for I have a non-visible medical condition. I choose to NOT answer her rudeness (as it is my right) so she went off in a tirade saying I had NO RIGHT to ignore her and she had all RIGHTS to refuse service. There were 5 happy people sitting talking without masks meanwhile this young girl was ironically harassing patrons w/o masks. Next visit I will video record my experience in order to warn my over 10K social following. So I rate this shop: one star out of 5.

Really bad experience. No stars. Every time I have gone to this Tim Hortons they are out of something. Today it was no different. Tried 3 times at order kiosk. Out of 2 things. Got to window and after waiting quite some time they came and said they were out of what I had ordered so refunded our money. Did not give us option to order anything else. Needless to say the long line up behind us were not happy.

Ok I get it. Orders are wrong sometimes- I've worked at Tims. I don't know if I just have the worst luck ever but my order is wrong more often than not. And all I order is 1 coffee with 2 milk! I just got a coffee with maybe 1 milk with the "2" on the lid scribbled in afterwards in a different writing. So they knew they messed up and just tried to pass it off. Ugh.
