Could be great. I don’t mind if the appointment times are off a bit (they would be at my regular Dr’s office too) but the online booking system is just terrible. I have two kids and if we all have to be “seen” I can’t make the appointments on the same day. They’re both on my account but you can only make one/day. Not super convenient for families

Wouldn’t t recommend , The doctor seemed to be in a rush , receptionists aren’t very helpful at all. I needed to do a swab, was told I would have been sent one but that didn’t happen, so basically I had to end up going to an actual doctor in person after doing this , it basically was a waste of time

Signing up and finding a female doctor was easy enough. I recieved a text 15 mins before my call and was called a few minutes before my actual appointment time which was nice. However, I did feel rushed at the very end of the call. It lasted 3 mins (approx.) And ended before my actual appointment time. So the rushing was unncessary as the doctor was not behind schedule. I'm still waiting to hear if my perscription was faxed. Great business idea in theory, however, the company has a long way to go if it is to be known and trusted.

This time the call was only an eight minutes wait . Not so bad IF you accept that a service that you pay for is not prompt. A previous call was a five hour wait . Why do professional services think their time is more important than the customers? When we did connect, the telephone call clarity was horrible . Dude use a telephone not Skype calling with a horrible microphone / connection . When I offered feedback to the caller he was dismissive like how dare I question him . Totally unacceptable . Avoid if possible

Not perfect but pretty good Tdlr: confirm with your pharmacy that they recieved the prescription before going there. When looking for physician availabilities, I was able to book an online appointment for the following day. The doctor was about 10 minutes late to the call (understandable). I will say it was really hard to hear him on the call, he might have been on speaker phone, that said he was nice. I knew what my diagnosis was before calling I just needed a prescription. This service might not be ideal for something more arbitrary as you're only given a 10 minute time slot. The main issue was that my pharmacy claimed to never have gotten the faxed prescription. I had to contact the live chat on Tia health for them to resend it... Still no luck. I asked them again to send it to a different pharmacy and success! The wait time for customer service in both cases was maybe 5 minutes, really good. All in all, there's a lot that can go wrong but if this service works as it should, it's great. And free!

Dr. Pinto the Topamax is usually twice daily and for three months. You’ve prescribed 30 tablets which is half a month’s supply. In fact all the renewals of the prescription are a month’s supply when you told me you’d do for three months. Please update the Topamax to reflect 3 months, 180 tablets and not 30 as prescription had stated. Thanks in advance.

Very Concerning Medical "care". I had an x-ray 3 weeks ago with no follow up from Tia Health - Babylon is remarkable for following up/email/calls I decided to try Tai since it's more 'local' but big mistake. I emailed Tia to get email after email just sending me to get my own results. Medical Imaging have sent the results twice now to Tia and said they have huge issues with them. Tia health actually asked me to supply the name of the Dr and date I talked to him - why would they not have records to see themselves? I tracked down the appt online and found no notes at all about my appt with Dr Ho. Again Babylon you can see all conversations, tests, results and details of the call. I do not recommend using this service until they figure out medical appts are more then taking a call for a couple minutes.

Had an appointment with Dr. Atella. No show. No call. Recieved 10 texts and email messages reminding me of my appointment but Doctor never called. Went back onto the site go determine how to follow up.... What a shocker, no way to contact site admin or Physician management. Very, very disappointed.

We tried reconfirming with the rude customer rep on the phone and got nowhere. We phoned in for our son who had just had surgery and was having a negative reaction to the course of antibiotics he was on. He is immune compromised so we didn't want to take him back to the clinic plus we just needed to change out his antibiotics. The Dr. that did phone claimed that podiatrists are not doctors and that he would have to see my son in person. That a "podiatrist" does not have the ability to prescribe medications etc. He also said that my son never should have been put on antibiotics. Not sure what kind of scam this was but HOLY....

After he still hadn't heard from the doctor, he called and the doctor was driving in her car. Little help was provided, as my son had also sent along a photo of his problem. Made appointment and paid my $70.00 for the test. Doctor called not video chat like requested. Claimed I hadn't paid and refused to give me the requisition. Told me I had to go to customer service. I asked if I could just email the receipt and he refused. Very rude. The essentially stole $70.00 cause customer service doesn't answer the phone. Beware!!!

Im writing a review because Ive used this "service" over 5 times now. 4/5 times it's the worst. You will NEVER have your appointment on time. Today I had an appointment booked for 8:45am. It is now 1:15pm and I'm STILL ON THE VIDEO CALL WAITING. I should've just gone to a walk-in clinic. I've emailed customer service - they replied immediately the first time asking for my information and then ignored me for another two hours. I've emailed multiple times now. Semonah is the agents name. Dr. Joyce Muncey is the doctor. Try to avoid this place and use Medimap or something better.

This is the first time I've ever dealt with a health company that has done me direct damage to my health. Both times I called them when my meds ran out. Both times the doctor failed to call entirely (although I did get an email the second time.. 4 hours after my appointment time saying it was almost time for my appointment). My pharmacy isnt open on weekends so missing a doctor on Friday means I'm going into withdrawal. Thanks for putting me into withdrawal TWICE. I sincerely hope you go out of business so that the companies who actually schedule doctors can succeed.

So many red flags with this place, AVOID!! This place is an absolute scam and whatever positive reviews you see have been either purchased or written by the company (realize that the people writing the positive reviews have only ONE review to their name). I never received a call during my appointment time and I contacted customer service. The service was extremely bad where the person took several minutes to respond without first at least informing me that they are checking in on the situation or whatever the case maybe. I was assured that the doctor was running late and that I would get an appointment. Then a few hours later, I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled and how I need to buy the sick note in advance. This is the first time I have ever seen anyone ask to pay for a sick note in advance but since I needed this right away I did so. And scheduled an appointment with the "sick note" reason being selected and choosing the doctor who is listed as providing sick notes. I later get a text saying my appointment was cancelled because the doctor does not offer sick notes over the phone despite them giving the option and charging my bank card. They essentially stole $30 from me.

I was able to book an appointment within an hour. The service was free with my BC health card. I only had to pay for the sick note that I requested. ????

It's great to have a service that offers this level of convenience for healthcare. However, the booking system is not very well designed. Time slots often disappear in the middle of booking. The intake forms are very basic and often do not cover the issues that I am looking to address. In some cases, the doctor information is totally incorrect. For example, I wanted to get referred to a specialist for my knee, I selected a physician with this option, only to be told by the doctor that they do not do referrals. Most importantly, the doctors are always late (I am not exaggerating) and then try to rush through the appointments. I am concerned about my health, but it is clear that the doctors are trying to clear as many insurance claims as possible. It's sad that we are given a mere 8 minutes to try and get informed about our health and then rushed off the phone because the doctor is already behind. Maybe this is an indication that 8 minutes isn't enough time for a person to be treated as an individual with careful consideration and compassion. I wish there was a better service and that the bottom line was about taking care of people instead of running an assembly line of insurance claims.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Little back story, I don't have a family doctor and because of COVID, the chances of finding one to get the referral I need would be very difficult and time consuming. So I did my research and came across Tia Health. Setting up the appointment itself was a whole ordeal but the timing of the appointment was for the same day (05/06/2020) so I was excited. The referral I need is not for cosmetic reasons. Anyway, time for the appointment comes, the doctor I spoke to was not personable, which is fine as the appointment isn't to make a new friend. So I explain my issue to the doctor and without hesitation she's like yeah, I don't handle that or something along those lines. Mind you, I also had other concerns I needed to consult with her about but she was so ready to get me off the video call. Kept saying just wait for for the referral, okay. The call lasted less than 5 minutes. I was livid but at least I will be getting a referral. Fast forward a couple of days later, someone from the doctor's office calls asking for my home address. I give it to her and explain that I am still waiting on the referral, with an attitude she informs me that's what she needed my address for. A couple weeks go by and I decide to contact Tia Health by chat, the agent informs me that he has contacted the doctor on my behalf and she will be emailing me the referral right away. Another couple of weeks go by, no referral. I decide to call TIA health on the phone, the customer representative tells me that there's no referral on file for me. She refers me to info@tiahealth.com tells me that they typically respond within a couple of minutes. Sure, Jan. I receive a reply the next day from Jesse stating that the referral was cancelled by the original doctor and there's a system delay with finding a new one. No one thought it wise to reach out to me to inform me of this, so if I hadn't reached out to Tia Health, I would have been left in the dark. Last email I received from him after expressing my frustration in a previous email was just a copy and paste. Today will make 76 days (2 months 2 weeks) since my appointment and I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE REFERRAL.

The WORST service ever! Dr gave me a call and when I said I have 3 questions to ask she said i would have to book 3 different appointments and I was like okay that’s fine so I would just focus on one question. But then after less than 2 minutes of talking, she just told me to go do some tests and hung up on me before I could discuss more about my issue. Save yourself sometime and look elsewhere to find the doctors LOL. This is the first time also the last time I use this website to find a doctor. WHAT A JOKE!

I’ve used Tia health twice and it’s hit or miss really, if you get a good doctor it’s pretty smooth. This time however I got a referral to the local hospital eye clinic for suspected eyeritis and when I showed up the next day they can’t find any paperwork for the referral. I can’t get diagnosed without it and I can’t get in touch with anyone at Tia to help. (Cell phone reception is bad here which doesn’t help.) In the end they are only minimally effective and the areas where they should be able to make a difference they seem to be ineffective. Likely won’t use again.

Absolutely fantastic service! Registration was a breeze and booking my appointments was easy. I registered through Well Health Technologies - Virtual Clinic+ website. No more waiting hours for prescription refills and/or basic medical services!! First Appointment - Prescription Refill - took about 7 minutes! Second Appointment - I needed a requisition for some blood work, the doctor listened to my concerns and provided a requisition which was emailed directly to me to take to the lab. All told, this took less than 10 minutes! Finally the medical community is catching up. Welcome to the 21st century!

Not good in that it is not a reliable service. First my prescription was not faxed to the pharmacy, I even checked with the pharmacy to see if something was wrong with their machine before I realized it was TIA health’s issue. I had to book another appointment to get this same prescription, I waited 15mins past my appointment to receive a call from the doctor who did not even acknowledge their lateness. I then explained to the doctor that my previous prescription didn’t go through and I needed a way to contact them just in case it happened again because I really needed the prescription. She assured me I didn’t need her number and that I would just text the number that texted me my appointment details…which was completely incorrect information! I was left in the same situation where my prescription wasn’t faxed and I had no way of contacting the doctor. I was stressed out all day trying to sort this out while being at work. Aside from this google review they do not have anywhere that you can leave feedback about their services, which I believe contributed to the faxing issue not being resolved. Safe to say I will not being using this service anymore.

Made a phone appointment on NYE and received my call the next morning from Dr. Amrita Pooni within the time frame (I actually missed her initial call because my phone was on silent but she left a VM saying she’d call back shortly and she did). Prescription faxed to my pharmacy as promised. Would definitely use again.

Took the time to do a fairly thorough pre-questionnaire. Doctor was 15 minutes late for the appointment only to say I need to follow up with my family doctor. Why couldn't the software have done that in the screening process. Now the medical system is billed for nothing and my time is wasted. Not sure I'd use this service again.

Two bookings, both times the doctor didn’t show. Customer service didn’t seem to care. Everyone at Tia Health seemed too overworked to be organized or to deal with patients. I tried Rocket Doctor and had a much better experience. I'm not a confident driver, so remote consults are a God-send. I wouldn't try Tia Health again.

Super easy seamless site. Within 2 hrs of logging in, I had a phone appt & got my presciption sent to a pharmacy. Much needed FREE service for anyone with a Health card but either doesn't have a healthcare provider or having trouble getting an appt. They have a variety of specialties, not just GPs.

The doctor was very late and the support from TIA was terrible. I didn't mind so much that the doctor was late, but not having any idea about what was going on and getting ghosted from the support team while in a live chat changed my mind about using this service again.

Great Service and doctors. I have used the service for the following: 1. Prescription refill - The doctors Fax the prescription details to your preferred pharmacy, which is a time saver. 2. Blood Test Requisition: Doctor provided the requisition form via e-mail in PDF format. Then, the lab just has you forward the e-mail to them. Easy, and very little contact with folks. 3. Blood Test Results consultation: Doctor was very friendly and sent the results to me via e-mail so that i would have a copy.

Booked an appointment with dr Michelle lee despite some of the terrible reviews. I got both confirmations text and email as well as a reminder 15 minutes before. Waited and waited and no call. I then opened a chat with customer service (Chrisel G.) and they were just so terrible and unhelpful. All she advised me to do was to book another appointment as the doctor had marked it as a no show. Absolutely appalling since I’m covered by MSP and likely the do it or will still get paid. Would not recommend at all, whatever you do, this isn’t worth it.

Over 2 hours waiting for a call. The service texted me to tell me the Dr is late (5-15min) and then... nothing.... There is no easy way to have customer (patient) service to know what is going on. There was a chat button which disappeared, surprisingly email was effective. At the end it seems something got messed up in the "system". Also you can't modify the "intake forms" . It seemed so easy but ended up being more hectic than a walking clinic. A service like this will not survive without covid (i.e. people being to scared of going to a dr office)

Quick, easy, & efficient-- but without feeling rushed or like I wasn't listened to.. I was beyond impressed with the care I received. The Dr. I spoke with knew what I wanted to speak about, was clear and easy to understand, and she even gave me info on follow up, so I'd know what to expect. I don't have the best immune system, so it was a huge relief to be able to get the appointment I needed without having to chance getting sick from an overly crowded waiting room.

I have been a patient for almost four months and I highly recommend this service. same as some other people in here, I had a terrible experience with tiahealth.com. I made a video appointment. The Dr. was late. After 40 min, I started chatting with customer service. They confirmed that Dr. is running late but I have to wait. So I waited and waited... After 1 hour and half, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled because I didn't show up. I sent them the screenshots of the video calls to show them that I was in the meeting and waiting for the practitioner to get online... They just told me to make another appointment!!!! I do not know the doctors over there but Tia Health does not act professionally.

I asked for the referral to be sent to me, but they said they normally don't send referrals to patients directly but would see if they could do so in this instance because of the initial screwup. Made appointment, waited by phone as directed, they called and didn't say anything on the phone. I said "hello??" 4/5 times, no one said anything on the other line, then they hung up. I had to rebook the appointment and the exact same thing happened. I tried to rebook again, and it said I've reached the max appointments I can have in a day, even though I didn't get a single one. It was the same doctor both times, so I'm not sure if this is his way of shortening his day. I've messaged them and I'm not getting any information back.

This was my first time using the application and it was amazing! I am shocked and surprised at how accurate it was I had an appointment at 4:20 and the doctor was there exactly at 4:20 he listen to my issue and he also gave me tips to try to minimize my issue until I get my blood test results and he also faxed the medication that I needed to my Pharmacy. I'm a quebec resident And this website is free!! And the pharmacy called me to let me know that the medication would be ready the same day it was quick and fast and I really appreciate it in times like this with covid-19 its hard to go to any clinic or doctors office.

Dr. Linda Jingyan Pan told me to go to the access and assessment centre at VGH. I told her I do not live in Vancouver and she said that isn't a problem, just go there and I'll be able to see a psychiatrist. Doubting her advice, I called the AAC and they said they are only available for city of Vancouver residents. I also asked her for a referral to see a psychiatrist through the Tia Health platform. She didn't know what I was talking about but said she would. I have yet to hear of any referral to see a psychiatrist. Tldr: these doctors are mostly useless, 1/10 would not recommend.

If I could give it a zero I would. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I received an email saying to stay by my phone, my apt is in 15 min. So I waited and waited. 30min later I go into the account to see wth is happening. The dr cancelled the call. No reason why. Then I get a call from my mom saying a doctor called her phone threatening her saying she's getting a bill for this call when she never had an apt booked with him. She had an apt book in two weeks from now with an Ontario doctor, a female doc, not him! I'm in Quebec, I was waiting for him. They got me and my mom's apt mixed up, were a huge no show for me and caused stress to my mom! Who does that!!!! Very, very, very BAD service. Stay away, very far, far away.

Had very unpleasant experience. First, I booked online appointment with Pranay Chander who didn’t even bother to show up for the appointment. I gave a second chance to Tia Health and booked appointment with Dr. Uthaya Somasundaram. And it was just miserable... Online appointment lasted maybe 2 minutes and doctor suddenly cut off video call when i was explaining him what kind of requisition do i need for my med test. As a result of 2 mins appointment for 50$..., he sent me incomplete med requisition for blood work and urinalysis was missing. Contact center didn’t bother to reply on my email with complaint. So, basically I just threw requisition and 50$ away in the garage. I don’t recommend this service. It was waste of time and money.

Total Cash Cow and Production line style of service. My fiance and I have tried to get referrals to specialists four times now. 2 doctors met with us and took the money, but provided no referral or follow through, and two other doctors cancelled because of "technical reasons." (probably because referrals take too long to do). I don't know how much this company is getting from our tax dollars, but I wouldn't pay this service a dime, as they don't perform what they advertise!

After waiting for 30 minutes for the doctor to call, we simply got ‘go to a walk in clinic’ and no support. Extremely unreliable and extremely unhelpful. Save yourself the time and just go to a walk in clinic, you’ll probably get better service. And if you do happen to have a bad experience with the doctor, there’s no point in emailing Tia Health because they ‘are just middlemen and can only pass on the feedback’, in addition to giving a plethora of excuses as to why the doctor did not act professionally or call on time. Made an appoitment two weeks in advance the day came and I got a text at 11:38am (11:40am was my appoitment) saying they're running behind and it'll be abit of a wait which ok understandable. It's now the next day and I still haven't been contacted. Not pleased , also heard from my pharmacy they get paid by the call so unless it's a quick prescription I'm guessing they don't like wasting their time listening to people. He said they make something ridiculous like 38 dollars per call they're scam artists just pushing as many calls as they can so don't expect thorough help or compassion.

The physicians on the team have been helpful and the video quality is good. However, Tia Health is very unorganized. My apt did not appear on the physicians calendar ( 2 of the 3 times I've used this service), leaving me to wait on the line for over an hour. When I called the main line to speak with someone, they transferred me to the wrong person ( to roles that we're completely irrelevant).

My first time with Tia was great! The doctor called at the time of appointment and I got the prescription. However my second time was awful. Doctor was late, I started asking questions on chat and they kept telling me to wait, yet they kept sending emails (7 of them) and texts (4 of them) to remind me of the appointment. Told me to stay by the phone. Then after 85 minute it was cancelled due to connection error. I immediately booked another appointment for 2 hours later. This time doctor was late AGAIN, and I started to ask for help on chat, and they still told me to wait. He called 45 minutes after the time of appointment. I felt like I spent the whole afternoon waiting for the doctor to call.

Here is a summary of the overall experience I had with the doctor: Purpose of Appointment: - I scheduled the appointment with the doctor due to a severe level of insomnia, depression & anxiety. I was seen by a doctor at a medical clinic recently who prescribed me a sleeping aid / medication to assist in me sleeping. I informed Joseph, who I will be referring to as the Specialist throughout this email. Complaint: - While I was on the phone with the doctor, I was unsure of how to navigate the service as it has been sometime since I booked thee appointment. - During the phone conversation, I asked for guidance on how to navigate my issues (I am a young man, and I am not totally sure on the best methods to pursue medical aid), so I consulted with him. - Rather than receive the advice I needed, or receive any constructive aid in general the following instead took place with said specialist: o He mocked me and laughed at me due to my lack of understanding of how to navigate the medical field. o While trying to describe my confusion, he then insisted how I was wasting not only his time, but likely the time of other specialists or doctors which heavily aggravated my anxiety & depressive symptoms as I am extremely sensitive to hurting or misusing others. o Provided me no proper advice or guidance on how to properly move-on from this current phone call appointment I scheduled with him. I am coming to your service for help, not to have my problems aggravated and worsened by an unprofessional specialist enlisted as a member of your staff. The quality of the service was so poor, and worsened my symptoms to the extent I worry about referring anyone to your service. Should I have made my appointment with him at a time during a period where my mental health was in an even worse state, who knows how much worse this experience could’ve affected me. All I know is, this experience did, and will heavily affect me all thanks to the lack of proper care and lack of human consideration this specialist exemplified. For the current time, and future I will not be pursuing any service from your company or referring anyone to your service indefinitely.

I believe this could be a really good platform for patients to save time and make it much easier to see doctors. HOWEVER, so far my experience has been frustrating every time. -Prescription: The doctors will say the prescription will be faxed to the pharmacy in 5-10 minutes, but NO it won't. I waited more than an hour and the pharmacy still had not received it, and there is no way to reach the doctor's office as TiaHealth doesn't provide that information. Imagine you are really sick one night and you have to wait till the next morning, just because the doctor forgot to send your prescription. -Charging issue: If you have MSP in BC, you won't be charged for seeing a doctor. However I was charged for a "no show" when it was the doctor who never showed up. I was waiting on the link (chose the option to see the doctor over video chat) for about 10 minutes, and 1 minute before the time of appointment, the doctor suddenly cancelled saying I didn't show up (when I was literally waiting there staring at my face on the screen). He later messaged me saying he called me a few times on the phone (why call me when I didn't sign up for a "phone call" option?) and I was charged $25 on my credit card for "no show". When I brought this up, he just ignored my message (you can't send another message until the doctor responds). Another issue here is they keep your credit card information on the file for more than a year when they confirmed they DO NOT KEEP cc info on the system. Again, I like the convenience of this platform but they should definitely come up with a solution to facilitate the conversation between doctors and patients.

The second time which was today was horrible. (Most important is last/at the bottom) I am new to using an online or over the phone Doctor, so bear with me. My doctor was late in calling, but let's face it, they are always late, and it was only by 20 minutes. The only option for duration was a 10 minute appointment. That's not a lot of time but manageable. The website is glitchy and will freeze which results in you having to restart your appointment booking. You can only have one 10 minute appointment a day so if anything goes wrong in that One, better luck tomorrow. Last but not least of why I'm not a fan is: I live in small northern towns that don't always have access to doctors and I often move. Seeing someone in person can be rather difficult (and in this pandemic!?....) So worst of all was having them tell me to go see a doctor and that they don't treat anyone over the phone....In my over the phone appointment with my doctor. Why? Just why??

I got a quick appointment, but the doctor I spoke to was on speaker phone and when I told him I couldn't understand what he was saying, he didn't seem to care. Also, once the call was complete (he hung up on me when he decided it was complete), he never even faxed the prescription to my pharmacy, which was the sole purpose of my call. As a healthcare professional myself, I was appalled and I would NOT recommend the "virtual/telephone" service.

I had a flare-up of a long standing condition recently and was putting off going to a walk-in due to Covid. When I stumbled upon the Tia site at my local pharmacy. My cold turned into a sinus infection and my family doctor was booked, so I went with Tia Health and got an appointment the next day. Ten minutes before the appointment, I received a text asking me so sign in to the video chat. When my appointment time came, I got a message that said waiting for practitioner. After that it let me know the doctor was running late, and gave me a ten minute countdown. At ten minutes, I was kicked out of the video call and told my appointment was cancelled. Reason: Symptoms require in person assessment. I've had sinus infections before and have never needed anything more than to speak with a doctor about my symptoms, in order to be diagnosed. I have four young children so can't just rest and wait this out. Woke up this morning with goopy eyes...great. To be honest, I find this suspicious because all the doctor had to do was join the video chat and speak with me for two minutes, in order to collect from OHIP. Also, if my symptoms were something Tia Health doesn't work with, why did the system let me book the appointment in the first place? I sincerely hope doctors aren't signing themselves up for this, cancelling the appointments, and still collecting payment from our healthcare systems. I did have a good phone experience with this service around ten months ago, but I'm too upset to add any stars to this review.

I had booked an appointment with Uthaya Somasundaram at 7:50pm at April 7th. I’ve been waiting for his call from 7:30, however I haven’t received any call until 8pm. I checked with my koodo provider confirming that no incoming call for me in this time period. What’s even worse, this doctor marked me as no show! I am pretty sure he didn’t even tried to call me. The chat staff is not helpful at all but just simply tell me rebook an appointment without a proper investigation.

My doctor has been great. My issue is with their customer service for the last 4 days. I've been trying to obtain a medical certificate that the doctor completed 4 days ago that was due at work yesterday. I'm getting the runaround with online chat , can't speak to a supervisor or manager cuz there's seems to never be one in, ghosted as well on chat, and nothing seems to be done. Instead I end up making another appointment just to confirm with the doctor(as asking to reach the doctor goes unanswered) that she had submitted my form to them. Something they should have done. I don't understand how their able to be so negligent with people's medical information and there's no one to talk to to deal with this nor a phone number to reach anyone. For days I've been told that it's been escalated and yet nothing has been done I just want my form. When you ask questions about procedures or how to reach someone higher up they do not answer, instead they repeat their generic , "so sorry that you're going through this inconvenience" lines.

Terrible service! Website says a doctor note can be provided...took me 3 days of emailing to get a response only to be told I would have to book a second appointment to get a doctor note. The Pillway service says free delivery anywhere in Canada, but this really only applies to Ontario and BC unless you can wait several days for you prescription. I was very ill and need the antibiotic prescription ASAP but it didn’t come, and it took multiple texts, phone calls and emails to find out when I would receive my prescription. The website also says $40 for an appointment, but it’s actually $50. The customer service for both Tia and Pillway is horrible. Definitely don’t recommend this service at all!
