It took 20 yrs for a doctor to listen to me. The first time I saw Dr Logan Steed he had me referred to a specialist. Very good doctor.

ABSOLUTELY a FIVE out of five. The location is easy to find and has ample free parking. But best of all, from the moment I️ walked into the office I️ was greeted with smiles and laughter. Each of the staff that I met were fantastic! The office/clinic is warm, welcoming and comfortable! Right away I️ was offered a sparkling water and made to feel right at home. I’m also from out of town and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Scheduling was tight on my end but they went out of their way to make it work for me! It was well worth the drive from Calgary! I️ filled out my paper work and was seen right away. I had the best experience and the best results!!! I’ve had Botox for over a year from another clinic and never felt like I was getting the best results. A friend recommended Southgate Medical Centre. All I️ can say is I’m so glad I️ listened and took her recommendation. You truly wont be disappointed here! After one treatment I can say I’m sold! My results after only 13 days far out do anything I’ve seen from anyone else. They have a new life long customer! Thank you for your outstanding work and extensive knowledge in your products and procedures! I️ left the office feeling amazing! Can’t wait to see you all again!!

Dr. Logan Steed is phenomenal! He understands mental and physical health which is hard to find in a doctor! He doesnt push you out of the office! He takes his time, and really listens. He really does care! He wants to do everything in his power to help you! He has been one of the vital supports of my post concussion symptom journey. He referred me to a neurologist and got me in quickly! He isnt a pill pusher! I love that about him! He doesnt want to just push medication! He wants to get to the root of the problem! Thank you Dr. Logan for supporting me through this lonely journey! You are amazing! Thank you for all you have done for me! I don’t know what I would have done if you weren’t my doctor! Very poor and rude front desk staff. I have been sent away from appointments that the receptionists have made for my children. They have written the time and date on a card and give me the card. When I show up for my kids appointment they say "no I don't have you booked for an appointment today, it's tomorrow" even after they have given me a card confirming my appointment for that day......thoroughly disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

We really appreciate the experience, skill, knowledge, and competence of Dr. Merrill Steed. He listens patiently and we never feel rushed with him at any of our appointments. Today, he knew exactly what to do when we came in with our sick 18 month old girl. He didn't hesitate to drain the growing abscess in her shoulder. We are so grateful for his talents. Every doctor could learn something from him.

This clinic is not for second language specking people. I had to return home 3 times because Recipients said I didn’t have an appointment even I call and made my appointment. It’s not once 3 times. This clinic is something.

Very nice office, with great staff! My wife and I go to Dr. Logan Steed and he is exactly what you’d want in a family physician - kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable! His receptionist Roberta, and other office staff are also super friendly and helpful!

Would give less if I could. Dr Bradley Weston is easily the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Don’t recommend, especially if you’re a woman, unless you want to be gas lighted by your health care professional. Cares more about his ego than his patients’ care. Rude is an understatement. -1000/10.

Dr. Logan seems like a knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Me and my family have been happy with him so far. My only complaint is that when calling the office it is very hard to get any answer a lot of the time. They either don’t answer at all and it keeps ringing and ringing. Or you’re put on hold forever and still sometimes don’t get helped and have to call again. But in person service is great :)

If I could give a negative review I would. The doctor that I saw was great however the receptionist was absolutely rude and totally disrespectful. She seemed to have every snarky remark she could. I feel like a doctors office should be a little bit more friendly and comfortable. She was so rude and made me feel like I don’t want to come back there again.

My experience at Southgate Medical Clinic has always been a 10 out of 10. Doctors are well liked because they care and are knowledgeable. I can see why they are busy. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and treated special. Comfy chairs in the bright, clean waiting room. Their reputation couldn't be better. It is all positive. I know I couldn't have a better Doctor as I have seen a few in my years and in different cities. Doctor Logan Steed is a fantastic Family Physician.

Dr. Logan Steed is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, funny, and really takes his time and listens to me. He isn’t a pill pusher, and really listens to my concerns and questions. I don’t know if he’s a registered affirming doctor, but he’s incredibly queer friendly with me. His admin assistant, Roberta, is the best! She’s so kind, good at her job, and helpful. When Logan has been busy and I’ve had an immediate need, I’ve seen McKay, who is also wonderful and showed signs of queer support. Very fortunate to be a patient at this wonderful clinic. I hope the government will step up to support you in the same way you’ve always supported me.

The reason why i chosen this clinic is because there is some young aged doctor like Dr Mckay Steed. And I had thought young doctor would be patient and care about patients to establish his reputation gradually. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG AFTER MY FIRST VISIT. Doctor Logan Steed is really nice, but no walk ins when you need them on weekends. Not sure if its the same with other clinics but waiting time is so long even if you booked an appointment, everytime I come in for my appointment I have to wait at least an hour before he gets to see me, whether the clinic is busy or not.
