Worst customer experience everrrr!!!! Please do not call or go this location!!! Save yourself the embarrassment and humiliation!!! I wish I could give them 1/2 a star! So my doctor sent them a referral for me to see a dermatologist there. The receptionist called when I was in the middle of class, I told her I will call back after. Now I called back with the intention to book an appointment. She asked for my phone number which I gave. She told me its not in the system, I proceeded to explain to her about the referral...she RUDELY interrupted me and put me on hold without even hearing me out! Upon her returning she insisted that I was not in their system...then how the heck did you all call me in the first place?????!!! I told her my name and this was her response " oh the number you gave is not the number in the system...which day do you want to make an appointment?" I asked her did you see my name? This is after she asked for it. She said yes but I need to update the number as the number I gave was incorrect. Now at this point of the conversation if me the client telling you its not my contact number...why are you fighting with me over the phone?! Then once again she shut me up with "DO YOU WANNA MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?" I said yes. Then as I was about to tell her the date, bam...I was RUDELY put on hold! If this is the first impression that new clients received from this office...I do not want to see how you treat me in person!!!! Go get proper training on how to handle clients with care and compassion! If you don't get clients you won't get paid!!! #takenote

I was diagnosed and got medication for psoriasis by Dr. Malhotra. I then had bimonthly check-ins with Dr. Chao. Both doctors and supporting staff have been professional and understanding. None of my silly questions were judged but answered, again, professionally and understanding. As much fun as it is to go to the doctor, Skin Physicians is as good as it gets.

I like the fast and efficient service the front desk and Dr. Malhotra provides. I prefer to be in & out during my doctor's appointments and we have gone here many times and like how well most of our visits last way under an hour. That is how doctor visits should be. Dr. Malhotra doesn't waste any time, which I like and gets to the problem pronto. He has helped my son with his eczema and I am very satisfied with his level of care.

Dr. Malhotra is excellent!. I'm so glad I found this carrying and knowledgeable physician. About 3 months ago I've developed horrible blisters (lots of pain and itching) all over my body, legs and feet being the most affected. My feet were so swollen I couldn't walk or even sit with my feet down, couldn't sleep due to the extreme itch. After having a pretty bad experience with another dermatologist, who barely looked at me and prescribed Methotrexate (very bad drug that kills the immune system, and has horrible side effects) not even knowing what my problem was (told me I had psoriasis on my feet but didn't know what the rest of it was), I went so see Dr. Malhotra and... WHAT A DIFFERENCE! During my first visit, Dr. Malhotra spent a long time with me talking about the history of the problem. He had a pretty good idea what it was, but had his nurses take 3 biopsies to be sure. Turned out I don't have psoriasis and Methotrexate would harm me, not make me better. It will take a while for my problem to completely go away, but I'm so glad I found this wonderful doctor who actually cares. I'm seeing Dr. Malhotra every 4-6 weeks now and he prescribes creams/ointments/meds for me to speed my recovery and make it more comfortable. His nurses, Kerry and Jessica, are great and the front staff is friendly, professional and very welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Malhotra to everyone who's looking for a great dermatologist.

Fabulous clinic. I was recently referred by my family doctor to treat a chronic condition and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I've received. I've been in and out many times recently and they have been professional, friendly, and flexible without fault. My doc even waived a large fee the other day because there had been some confusion about the total cost. I'm so grateful for them, I feel like they've really changed my life for the better!

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional and doctor mehrotra was excellent. He described every single skin blemish that I had in full detail and told me what I needed to do to fix things. Well educated and friendly and professional. I went in to get confirmation if I had rosacea or not, they could not confirm it. For treatment suggested a cream and avoid triggers which is what I already read on every website. Not sure what I wasted my time for and money.... So not helpful.

I highly recommend this clinic!! I was referred by my family doctor, I had rash on my hands and Dr. Malhotra prescribed me a cream. He also went over how treated it better, what to do and what not to do. He took his time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions! I used the cream, i am not joking next day my rash was gone and my hands got much better!!! I was so happy from Dr. Malhotra, and definitely appreciated his service. He is awesome!!

Was waiting a very long time to get in and even more after they put me in a room. Only visual inspection of skin and assumed what the causes were without sufficient background knowledge. Very little advice provided and recommended drugs to clear it up. Had little to no knowledge on the underlying causes such as stress, the microbiome, energy, and everything else that's exceptionally important, but only want to treat the symptoms of the imbalance. Was frustrated with service, wasted time, and profound inability to address issues holistically or sustainably.

Dr. Malhotra seems very knowledgable and experienced. He cured my mom's four-year skin problem which she suffered a lot from. The many other doctors my mom saw treated her skin problem as eczema but the spot never got better with their prescripted medication. Dr. Malhotra said it was neurodermatitis at his first look and prescripted her a cream. Now the spot is not itchy anymore and my mom is very happy. She still needs to use it for another two months. Hopefully the spot will be completely healed by then. Both my mom and I are very appreciative. Thank you Dr. Malhotra.

Definitely a 5 star operation While my requirements were not complicated Dr. Malhotra was spot on with his treatment. Where his operation really shines is in the front desk. There is literally a team at work. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes (amazing for an MD) Dr. Malhotra comes in unrushed and calm, and the front helped book followups, referrals, cancellations. They are friendly and professional. The new location is modern and spotless. I'm impressed.

The lady at the front desk on the left is rude and impatient. Every time I called she was disrespectful and you could instantly tell it was her. The doctor was rushed and had no interest in discussing what the issue was. Not happy with my experience.

Dr. Malhotra is the worst dermatologist ever. I went in to get a breakout checked and the doctor didn't even spend a minute looking at my skin. He rushed in and out of the room and within 30 seconds gave me a prescription that didn't even work. I asked what could I do to avoid scars and he just said I would need to pay for laser treatment (btw my skin is perfectly fine - just needed some good active ingredients incorporated into my daily routine). Such a waste of time and disregard for patients. Would never recommend to anyone. Not surprised to see other people experienced the same. He sucks!

I started treatment for my Alopecia with Dr. Mahultra at Skin Physicians Dermatology. The front desk was very organized and easy to communicate with. I was very impressed in their Covid screening before entering. Dr Mahultra takes time to listen to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. All in I would recommend this clinic.

First off I would like to say the manager Nina, is a unprofessional, disrespectful person. Called in to speak to the clinic about thier services and the lady I spoke to which was Nina, was disrespectful and blatenly rude to me. If you are looking to have your services done here and have questions regarding them do not call this place and speak to this woman. She not only started acting annoyed over the phone but she was speaking over me to rush me off. They really need to stop hiring people that have no proper phone manners or respect for others just because it's easy. This woman turns out to be the manager and that is really sad, in her position she should really be alot more aware of proper customer service and proper phone ethics.

I was referred to the clinic by my family physician. I found all the staff to be friendly, efficient and welcoming. Efficiency came in the form of two nurses getting a description of my issue, symptoms and time line of the issue. By the time Dr. Malhotra came in the room and after showing him some photos, he had a diagnosis. He explained what I had and gave me a prescription to manage future flare-ups. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The receptionists are very friendly, the nurse I saw was amazing! She listened to what had to say and Dr Neel was very informative and understanding!

My son recommended by our family physician and I took my son to visit the clinic for hair loss issue. Dr. Neel Malhotra came like a storm. At first I thought he is not a doctor may be some assistant. Anyway, he even did not touch his hairs just a quick look I think and than start asking about his dad's hair. and first thing he said its genetic and nothing he or anybody can do. This doctor don't know how to talk. My son is so depressed. Dr. Malhotra if you don't know what happened than just don't say that nothing can be done. If its all genetic than you should not be doctor. My son and me waste half day for nothing.

I wish I had come across Dr. Malhotra earlier in 2018 and I would have saved myself a lot of time and discomfort. I had been to another dermatologist who told me that I had warts on the palm of my hand. For two months I used the 'wart solution' and they did not disappear. To make a short story...I saw Dr. Malhotra and he looked at various bumps and spots and took his magnifying lens to look at the supposed warts on my hand. They, in fact are NOT warts! I was so relieved as I was scared that I might have passed along warts from shaking hands with people. I had been to my gynecologist to deal with an issue and he told me that the cyst/pimple I had been getting on my pubic area were sebaceous cysts. I was back at Dr. Malhotra's office and they are in fact epidermoid cysts and NOT sebaceous cysts! Dr. Malhotra gave me a rx for an antibiotic gel and a cleanser to use, which has helped heal the epidermoid cyst. Dr. Malhotra is very thorough, and I feel he 'knows his stuff'. He is nice to patients, answers questions clearly and fully. Patients are seen in a timely manner and you are not kept waiting for hours as I have experienced at other offices. And, to boot, Dr. Malhotra is young enough that he can be my dermatologist for the rest of my life! I am glad that I came across your clinic. :-) The front desk staff (Deva, Nicole, Sakina (sp? sorry) are always receptive and friendly to me when I come in. (3 visits so far).

I have seen many specialists growing up about my skin. From dark circles, skin tags, acne and skin allergy sensitivity. It always felt like an up hill battle and the same old advice and recommendations. I had thrown in the towel until I drive by and saw the new Skin Physicians Clinic pop up off 41 Ave in Chappelle Commons in my neighborhood. Man am I glad I gave it one last shot and had my family doctor send the Clinic a referral. It was so refreshing to see how effortless and smooth the initial appointment went. Big thanks go to all the staff but especially Salima and Dr. Malhotra. After 15 years of getting no where I now have a solid plan and I can see the results. I highly recommend this place to everyone with any skin conditions. If I could give it 10 stars I would..... THANK YOU SKIN PHYSICIANS!!!

Not a fan of the clinic. I was waiting for 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. At that point i left. I understand there can be delays, but not that early in the morning, and not to that extent. it would be prudent of reception to let the patients know upon arrival that they are running behind. Will not come back

So happy my doctor referred me to here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had a consultation for a hair transplant and felt so comfortable with the time they took to explain the process I ended up actually getting it done. After 20 years of always putting it off I finally did it. Stay tuned for the end result. Can't wait.... This place is #1!!!

My doctor recommend me to see Dr. Malhotra. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon. The doctor came in looked at my skin very briefly and told me exactly what I had, wrote me a prescription then said goodbye. Everything felt rushed and he talked quite fast. It was hard to comprehend the information when you are bombarded with it. It did not seem like he genuinely cared, and felt as if he was trying to move on as fast as he could to the next patient. He did not leave me any time to ask questions and before I knew it I was out the door. Also, one thing to note is; the hall way into the clinic is quite narrow, and it can be difficult to social distance from others. The front desk area is also small and it can be difficult to social distance with the one-way traffic into the clinic and the one way traffic out the clinic. I am genuinely surprised that my doctor recommended him, because my doctor is a very sweet and understanding person. I would expect that she would reccomend someone of the same character.

I normally do not like to write bad reviews but this “Dr. Neel Malhotra “deserves one. After waiting months for this appointment, the “dr” was completely dismissive and rude. He hardly looked at my skin problem and told me repeatedly he didn’t “understand why I was referred to him”. Then I got it’s “above my pay grade” comment ?? Horrible bedside manner. Like seriously, he is supposed to be a board certified dermatologist. I then asked about a simple skin issue that I figured was in his “pay grade” and was blown off again and told to go to a spa? Do not waste your time and see an educated doctor who knows something. I went back to my family doctor and advised him not to send further patients there as it was a huge waste of time.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with the physician’s bedside manner. My initial appointment lasted less then 10 minutes. He barely looked up from typing on his computer. He stood up once to shine a light on my skin for about 1 second. He addressed my questions in a condescending way that offered very little insight into my concerns. Ie: yes or no answers as opposed to explaining his reasoning. I left the appointment with a prescription in hand and feeling like it was a waste of time, being that it was supposed to be a referral to a “specialist”. The only differentiation was the fact that he was sure to point out that, “Family doctors prescribe that medication, I never would as a dermatologist”. I think that a major burden on our healthcare system is physicians like this who rush their practice and don’t take the time to listen to their patients. I won’t be going for a follow up appointment. Ps- one of the front end ladies was very pleasant and professional. The other was rude and abrupt.

This was the worst experience me and my son have ever had. He has been dealing with a skin issue for almost a month now. Dr.Malhotra walked in barely even checked his skin handed us a piece of paper saying to change scents and soaps in the house, something he could have just done via email and saved us both the time. To cap it all off he gave my son a cream that a previous doctor had given him and which hadn't work. Before I could even tell him Dr.Malhotra was already out the door. Very rushed, he was in there no less than 4 minutes. It seemed like he did not care about us. Terrible

I used to go to this clinic before the new takeover when Dr. Liao was here. I was devastated when she retired. Decided to give Dr. Malhotra a try since I’ve been familiar with the clinic location for a decade and can say I’ve been coming here since it opened. This clinic is always super busy, so this must mean something, right? The front desk is always friendly and provide quick service, from the moment I call to when I arrive through the doors. Love them! Dr. Malhotra is super friendly and always addresses my concerns. Thank you so much Skin Physicians for being so accommodating! Highly recommend

This seems to be the most incompetent medical office. I was super happy to be able to get my mole removal done in a timely manner. However, once I was initially booked I was bomb-barded with 12 reminder phone calls about the appointment!! Then the day of my appointment I get called that they need to re-book my appointment because "they are closing early". If you value your time & effort DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS CLINIC. They obviously have no respect for it.

I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and the receptionist turned me away saying that I had missed my appointment and would have to rebook. This was on a day with -40 degree weather, terrible road conditions, and I was travelling with my 9 month old baby. This would have been my 5th or 6th appointment with them and at each previous appointment I had arrived on time and spent at least 20 minutes (one time, over an hour) in the waiting room. I understand that there is a late policy, but if you do not respect your patient’s time then why should we respect yours.

I wish I could give 1/2 star rating. The doctors (Dr. Neal and a new doctor Dr. Tau (don't know how to exactly spell his name)) are always in great hurry and barely spend more than a minute with you. They don't give any time to digest the information provided leaving you no time to ask any follow up questions. Appointment always feels very rushed and super fast. It doesn't seem that he genuinely cares about the patients. Most of the times, his answer to any question is limited to few words. My family doctor referred me here, but I am going to ask him to refer me to a different dermatologist.

The reception staff here is terrible. They don't return voicemails or phone calls (even when they say they will phone you back). They don't care about the clients and clearly think that clients have nothing else to do but spend their days trying to deal with this clinic.
