Walked in mid day for a prescription refill. They are a walk in clinic and my doctor is there. They said they don't take walk-ins in the afternoon and wouldn't see me. Short hours: 9-4. Closed on weekends. So I wouldn't be able to get my refills until Monday. Unacceptable for my health. So I went to my old clinic 2 minutes away. Np. Prescription refilled. Won't be going back to nw medical clinic.

This clinic is the best in my personal opinion of almost 2 decades in Canada. Special thanks to Dr Hao Shi. This young professional is a miracle! He diagnoses the illness and demonstrates it thoroughly. Dr Shi takes lots of time and effort to understand my concerns. He is very caring and exceptionally talented. I hope he will stay in this facility and continue to work. The overall staffing is 5 star! Very friendly and welcoming. I wish them all the best and Happy Easter you folks ????

When I first moved to calgary I needed to find a new doctor and I am so happy I found this place and Dr.Rajput. She is a wonderful doctor who really makes me feel like she cares about my health. I feel comfortable coming to this clinic and always have a pleasant experience. Thank you NW medical clinic.

My family doctor is at this clinic and my family has been going to her for years. I have encountered all 4 doctors at the clinic, but I am disgusted at the attitude and rudeness of 2 of the receptionists. One lady with an accent (only encountered on the phone), and another who is older than the rest. They are rude and should not be working in an environment where they talk to patients/customers. If it wasn’t for my doctor I would have stopped coming here when this place opened up. Learn how to talk to people nicely

I went to Nw Medical As a walk In for the first time. The girl thats working in the front i belive her name was Nala, was very nice and very helpful. Honestly she made my day with her smile and made me feel that i want to change my family dr and always come to this clinic. She also recommended dr rahim to me and the dr was also very nice.

Dr. Iurasco is my son's family doctor for few years now. He is amazing dr with a professional and friendly personality. He ensures to give us enough time to listen all the problems we have and tries his best to help us out. We're very happy to find him as my son's family doctor.

Cut my finger across the street, so I went in as a walk in (this happened during covid). The front desk was very nice and got me in to see a doctor right away. The cut ended being very deep and needed to be attended by a plastic surgeon. The doctor cleaned & dressed the wound, and also wrote me a note to cut down my wait time in emergency.

Listed as a walk-in clinic, website said it was open until 4 pm Dec 27th; went between 2 and 3 pm, door locked, and sign saying "No walk-ins", checked with pharmacy next door, she phoned and was told there were no doctors in and they had closed at 1 pm. So I drove into city for nothing on terrible roads, because website was completely inaccurate.

We really appreciate Dr Vlad Iurasco’s help. Every time he is very helpful to our health problems. He is very updated as a doctor. Me and my family are seeing him for more than 6 years now, and we are very happy to have him as a family doctor. We moved in Sw for more than 3 years, and anyway we continue to come in Nw to see Dr. Iurasco. He has that magical thing, because after seeing him you feel full of hope and healthy! Thank you Dr. Iurasco, for being so dedicated and hardworking!

Very unpleasant experience. I booked Meet and Great appointment with Dr. Vlad Jurasco because I considered to make him my family doctor. I booked an appointment specifically during my lunch time. Dr Jurasco was 30 min late, so I could not wait longer and had to leave to get back to work. I believe that this sort of attitude is highly disrespectful. Will never come back to this clinic and to Dr. Jurasco.
