No woman likes go to see a gynecologist but Dr. Mayo takes care of you with dignity and respect. He is fast and professional. And he also offers kindness. I'm grateful to be in his care

DO NOT HAVE SURGERY BY THIS DOCTOR IN HINTON. The Hinton hospital is not equipped to handle surgical patients. I had the worst experience of my life at that hospital. I was there for Dr. Mayo but he couldn't help me. The nurses placed in a terrible situation with a dimensia patient who scared me and soiled the room and bathroom. I had nowhere safe or clean to sleep or bathroom after my hysterectomy. I wanted to leave and go to jasper hospital and see if they had a bed for me but Hinton threatened to phone the police on me if I didn't sign paperwork waving my rights to medical care. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? This all happened within 24 hours of me being out of surgery. I HAD ZERO HUMAN RIGHTS. Dr. Mayo put me into this situation. I also have no idea why my surgery went so much longer than it was supposed too. Dr. Mayo appears to not have enough time to tell me or see me or talk after my surgery. I have no trust for our health care system anymore. The nurses and doctors could care less about human beings. They care only for money and power. I will die before I ever return back to a hospital. People need to know that when you enter a hospital for surgery you have ZERO human rights. The only people in a hospital with rights are the nasty lazy nurses who think they do not have to clean a bathroom for a surgical patient because their job description doesn't include that. My bathroom rights after surgery including my bladder were less than her job rights. There was no compassion from this nurse named Izabelle. I was treated worse than a dog in a kennel.

He delivered my 3 son's, seriously one of the best OB/GYN in the entire world. I trust my life with him. The waiting room times are long, but he's the best, whatcha expect...lol, thanks Dr.Mayo and staff again.

I have noticed all the negative comments about the receptionists. It's Dr. Mayo who is most important I've been seeing him for 26 years he delivered both my children. Also is a terrific surgeon. Don't let the grumpy receptionists scare you away you will be missing out on the best gynecologist in the city.

Unfortunately the receptionists are horrible. Not helpful, blame the patient when they make a mistake. Rude in their tone of voice, not pleasant at all. I loved Dr.Mayo, but sadly his receptionists ruined my experience %100.

He butchered my wife after our only child. He left placenta in her and after 2 dnc he almost killed her. Another doctor that viewed Her asked us who did your dnc looks a Butcher did.it. he should have his lisence taken away.

Best Doctor I have ever had. Knowledgeable, science based, and compassionate care.After a Classical for a simple term foot breech with my first. I had a very quick natural VBAC with Dr. Mayo. I have since moved to Saskatchewan and I entirely grateful for my first natural delivery; as I was again able to have a quick natural birth despite very unsupportive hospital and staff.

Listen, Dr.mayo is the best at what he does. I have a 33 weeks pregnant partner and I have complete confidence and trust in him. If we ever have another kid we are going to him. There is only one problem, the receptionist SUCKS! Today we waited 4 1/2 hours to see Dr.mayo. He's a busy guy I know what do you expect from the best but the receptionist was rude, angry, impatient and unwilling to talk. One of the people I was with went up to her and asked " when will Dr. Mayo will be back after being told he would be here in a hour 2 hours ago?" The receptionist replied " I don't know" the person I was with then asked "what about everyone else here?" The receptionist then said "I don't care they're not mine!"

Hello Ladies. I really recommend Dr Mayo .I arrived to Canada 15 years ago. I haven't never found an excellent Ginecology Dr like him .He solved my problem.The surgery was suscesfull. Dr mayo is amazing!! He's secretary however is rude and she makes you sit there with no information for hours on end. After a announcement was made that the dr is running an hour behind I was still ok but then when I quiestioned her more than an hour later she was rude and inconsiderate....she told me the dr will be back in another hour I said so 2 hours? All these pregnant woman sitting here just waiting she commented "I don't care they're not all mine" then I said my daughter is 17 aged Vern in allot of pain the least she can do is tell us then she persisted she only found out 5 mins ago and that there was no announcement.......... I sat down and after another 30 minutes I told her I'm leaving I'm done she looked at me like I had no right to talk to her that way.....seriously UNPROFESSIONAL I am curious if dr mayo knows he's secretary is making him look very very bad?

amazing doctor however the receptions could use some work they have have such a bad attitud. Not very friendly At all. If it wasn't for how amazing dr.mayo was I wouldn't come to this clinic I don't like to be greeted by the grinch

I was at the clinic for acupuncture with Lily and what a difference in my knees A year ago I could not kneel down on the ground...now I can!!! Thank you Lily and the other staff members for their treatment, knowledge and friendly was!!!

I am expecting my first baby and was very nervous about having a gyno (OBGYN). As soon as I met Dr. Mayo I felt right at ease. He is very patient, kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen and answer questions, he does not rush you. I would highly recommend Dr. Mayo to everyone!

Dr. Mayo is the best! Unfortunately one of the receptionist isn’t. We have waited over an hour for my partner’s appointment because the receptionist never signed us in when we arrived 10 mins before our appointment. I was very disappointed. I hope this would never happen again.
