I was in need of seeing a doctor after I was assaulted. I was turned away an hour before close and when I asked where another clinic might be I was informed that "they" only had the one clinic which is not what I asked.

Fast and courteous service. Went in for a single stitch and walked out less than 45 minutes later. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes at any stage of the process.

I've been here before for a couple things and they've always been very polite, however last night I waited for over an hour for my scheduled appointment that was supposed to be for a yearly check up. Instead the doctor rushed through like it was just a walk in medicenter appointment, leaving immediately after he gave me my prescriptions and a form for bloodwork. I do find the doctors here to be very nice though and they're still better than many clinics in the city.

My wife and I have been patients here for the last 8 months and we would recommend this clinic. Both the family doctors we've seen have been good. They're patient, they listen to the patient's concerns, and try to address them. Also had the chance to see an internal medicine doctor here (as I understand he works at the clinic periodically to see patients as needed); it's quite helpful (and rare?) to be able to access a specialist at a family practice. Front desk has always been courteous and efficient. Only area to improve is that occasionally they just don't pick up and there's no way to leave a message.

My experience here has been great. I've mostly seen Dr. Farhat as my family doctor. He's very kind and understanding: he always listens and finds out more, and I've never felt rushed with him. I saw another doctor whose name I don't recall, but he was also very good. Both doctors took care to explain the treatment options to me in a clear and helpful way. They've also been great at giving referrals to specialists when necessary. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the place is clean and well-kept. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them.

This doctors office is wonderful. Always tries to get me in as fast as they can, answer my questions and help me. I had a head wound that needed stitches. The doctor stopped what he was doing to stitch me up!!! Dr. Ghazal is very wonderful and knowledgeable. I haven't met the other doctors yet but I'd love to! The staff st the front are very patient and help as much as they can ASAP! I recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!!

All my experiences with this clinic are only positive. Parking is only a few meters from the door, never overpriced. The staff is always courteus, fast and incredibly helpful when I need it. All the doctors I have met so far always act professionally and genuinly want to help. My most recent experience with Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Koo was approaching an otherwordly experience - super speedy, respectful, calming. My painful problem was resolved in less than 35 minutes. I 100% recommend this clinic.

I made an appointment at 5:30 since I had a class at 6:30 in downtown, then the dad crore wasn't available till 6:00, I was waiting for half an hour while I made an appointment. I saw another walk-in patient walking in at 5:40ish. I don't know what the point is to make an appointment for me if the doctor wouldn't be available at the time I made the appointment.

The doctors are great, but their front desk is always difficult to get in touch with. I call, get put on hold without anyone even saying hello, then the call ends after about 5-10 minutes. I have to go through this cycle 5+ times before anyone actually speaks to me.

Great doctors, they definitely know what they are doing. The place is also clean and modern. BUT it is almost impossible to get a hold of the front desk. You can't leave a voicemail, and after 5-10 minutes of automated messages the call simply disconnects. This is obviously a major inconvenience if you want to book in for an appointment or follow-up for a previous one. In conclusion, unreliable clinic.

I went for a Dr. appointment at Magna because of a lump in my breast and the doctor ordered a mammogram and ultra sound. I didn't hear anything back about the results so I assumed that everything was fine. The doctor said if the tests showed anything he will call me but if everything is ok he won't call me. Well 6 month later I go to a different clinic to find out I'm supposed to go back for a re-check in 6 months for the lump in my breast. I'm pretty shocked Magna clinic did not make me aware of this. I will never trust this clinic. Not impressed at all. :(

I had an appointment and the office clerk told me to take off my shoes to go in to see the doctor after I met with the doctor I came to get my shoes and my shoes are gone someone stole my shoes from the waiting area.... not cool kinda messed up actually

COVID is a tough time to deal with the large volume of healthcare visits but these guys were great! Got a walk in appointment a few days after requesting it (patience is required given the measures they follow) and the reception staff were very courteous. Dr. Koo was awesome, dealt with my concern promptly and effectively and had great bedside manner. Would definitely return!

The front end staff in this office are incompetent at best. How is it possible that your fax machine is busy for 3 hours solid on a Saturday morning? Why do I sit in your stupid phone loop for 10 or 11 minutes until it just disconnects? INCOMPETENT Phillipno girls that are supposed to answer the F%^*ing phone.

A family member has been seen by Dr. Michael Graff. He is an exceptional doctor, who takes the time to listen. If anyone is looking for a good doctor, I would highly recommend him. He has delivered excellent care and shows a lot of compassion. The reception staff too are very helpful.

Dr. Farhat is a warmhearted man and a brilliant doctor. He is very patient and careful with his patients. Moreover, I think his diagnosis is always accurate and prompt. He cured my rucurrent disease, which my doctors in China could not diagnose accurately. Highly recommend him as your family physician!

The first time I went they were closed at 6:45pm despite open hours being 7:30pm. When the clerk came to the door she had a terrible attitude telling me the doctor had other commitments and meetings so they are not here, no apology. Then I went back the next day and their attitude was short with me and uninterested. There was no one in the waiting room but it was over an hour wait due to the number of scheduled appts they had. Why have walk ins at all then?

I am really happy and satisfied with the service I received at Magna Medical Clinic. Dr. Farhat is amazing, he listens to your concerns and discusses all treatment options with you. Dr. Ghazal is also wonderful, he listens to you, he discusses everything with you and you get the impression that he really cares about his patients. Very good service at the front desk and reasonable wait time. I went as a walk in patient and I was able to see the doctor in less than 20 minutes.

The front office submitted paperwork incorrectly to a specialist, so i have waited over 3 months for a phone call that was never going to happen. I called multiple times to confirm my referral, and each time i was told by the clinic they would call me back to confirm what paperwork has been submitted. They never did. I would avoid this clinic if you can, they are not interested in their patients best interests

I have been to this clinic many times. All the doctors are very caring, helpful, friendly, and do the best they can to help with my needs. The staff is wonderful to interact with and very friendly. They do get busy and have a bit of a wait time for walk ins, but I expect that from any clinic in the city. No matter what, they are a better clinic than most I've been to.
