The ladies in front desk are the nicest and dr Khan is really a good doctor. He's been our family doctor for over 4 years now.

I haven't even been able to get there, my wife tried to set up an appointment 4 times, whoever was at the desk couldn't manage to make an appointment for us. We called them because AHS found the clinic for us due to have had covid over 1 month ago. They moved the appointment multiple times and the last reason was that they don't know how many people they have in the clinic every day. It seems to me the concepts of "appointment" and "walk-in" get mixed up a bit in there. The pandemic and social distancing rules don't apply much in this case, it's more like they need to be a bit more organized. I understand the need to keep the clinic afloat financially but there should be a limit to how much they can screw up an appointment procedure.

First i wanna say the front desk ladies have been some of the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've stuck along with dr al witry from the old clinic he worked at that went under, I have been very patient with him, he doesn't listen half the time and would not see me due to an issue with a clicking in my throat that has absolutely nothing to do with covid, he said get a covid test, I knew it was not covid as I had zero symptoms, a month went by and I've been fine, the issue at hand is getting worse and i call my dr looking for help and he will only do a phone consultation and wouldn't even let me at least send a picture of.my throat, I'm in distress and need help. I understand covid is serious, but why did the next clinic i go to scoff that you wouldn't see.me cause clicking in throat and no other symptoms. I could have got tested, it would have been NEGATIVE, then who's to say i don't catch it on the way to your clinic DR AL WITRY YOU ARE FIRED.

Have had doctor Khan for many years. Suffering from the wonderful trifecta of diabetes/high bp/cholesterol , he has helped me fix all of those. Would recommend him to anyone that asks about a doctor. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful and they take their precautions very seriously when it comes to COVID (being high risk, i am thankful) and are very professional.

Made an appointment for 215pm 4 days ago. Waited until 240 as they kept letting walk in appointments. What's the point of making an appointment if there is no service when you arrive? I should have just walked in 4 days ago. Counter staff do not understand the value of your time and couldnt run a hot dog stand. This place is a dumpster fire.

Didn't seem to honestly care about patient said a shoulder that was HIGHLY PAINFUL to move and was unable to lift arm above shoulder level had full range of motion and didn't need anything aside from voltaren and naproxen. When 3 calcium build-ups that had been xrayed and suggested surgery in the past were mentioned due to a grinding sound she honestly didn't even seem to care and barely looked, suggesting nothing and moving on. Honestly will never go back and don't recommend anyone go if they want good opinions and real medical advice truly a waste of time. (Doctor seen was Dalia Kamel. Posted on behalf of patient) UPDATE- Saw another doctor at Britannia Medical Center was seen and sent in for immediate X-rays to find out there is a growth impacting the shoulder rotation. And will most likely require surgery and physiotherapy to help with pain and recover movement back to the shoulder.

i sat in on my partner’s appointment today & dr. khan refused to give my partner a prescription for an HPV vaccine, even though my gynaecologist had advised both my partner & i be vaccinated. for context, i had an abnormal pap before, but never tested for HPV & my partner is an assigned male at birth individual. dr. khan made an an analogy to chickenpox.. like, if you’ve had chickenpox already it’s pointless to get vaccinated against it. but there are 9 types of HPV in the vaccine & not 9 types of chickenpox ???? i’m not a doctor, granted, but that seemed fishy. and he put the onus on me to get ahold of my gynaecologist to fax him the pertinent research/reasons why my partner should be inoculated. he had no way of knowing if my partner & i are monogamous or not (because he didn’t ask), and as such he made assumptions about our relationship and sex life & came to his own conclusions. not that he made us feel comfortable telling him otherwise, anyways. he cited the potential side effects of gardasil & said it could be a marketing tactic by them? which is.. a weird thing to say when talking about sexual health/cancer prevention. all in all he made my partner feel terrible for asking, and struck me as the kind of doctor who assumes he’s the only person in the room whose opinion matters. he was condescending and seemed to be minding the time passing more than my partner’s health concerns. it felt like he resented us for coming in for prescription information rather than the flu. needless to say, never coming back :) also, @ the clinic, please spare yourselves the trouble of reaching out. my partner & i really, truly, profoundly want nothing to do with your institution going forward.

Dr Khan is my family physician for almost three years. From my personal experience, I found him as a very nice and friendly person. He listens carefully and explains everything in simple words. He never rush. The staffs are amazing too. I’d highly recommend Dr Khan and the clinic.

When I came to Calgary I met this wonderful Doctor and has improved my life... I had a terrible set back, he helps me and still works with (why?) because I work with him and I do what he wants me to do. You have improve my life doctor and we got more work to do. I came 15 mins early for 10am appointment thought that i might be check right away but I waited for another 40 mins not included my 15 mins early came. Doctor that checked me was great and very direct. No emotions but straight to business and i dont mind that, thats the 2 stars for. I can’t give 5 stars as my experience aren’t really good. Its understandable to wait when ur walk in for more than half an hour or so. But for booked appointment, that’s the reason why u call for booked isn’t it? so u will not undergo with long hours waiting? The 2nd time i came in this clinic is not the best but i choose my fam doc here. I waited for 40 mins for my booked appointment of 10am, i asked the lady in front twice the first time i said am i in cuz it’s already 20 mins after my time, she said yes. The 2nd time i asked if my Doc is around and she said oh! Shes attending the patient behind you! How is that happened without atleast informing me? Patients come and go i am stuck there waiting for almost an hour and someone just came in get into my time no sweat. Isn’t it great organization of stuff? You have to asked many times until u will get attended. I don’t know i cant recommend you here I’m not even happy myself.

Great staff and doctor, took me in for a walk-in right away. Beautiful decor and modern style inside. My only complaint is that they play virgin radio VERY loudly in the waiting room. You can even hear the music from inside the exam rooms. It’s a bit much for a clinic.

Don't waste your time here. Signs saying they accept walk in patients yet refuse you service when you come as a walk in. booked an appt for the following day, show up only to be told I have no appt. I've now waited over 24 hrs for medication that was needed the day I showed up as a walk in.

What an amazing clinic. I have been suffering from an extreme eczema. My husband was working in Calgary, so I thought I would go here for help. I wish this place was near me. The receptionist was so polite and friendly. Dr. Khan was terrific. I have had eczema most of my life. He provided suggestions and guidance that made sense and I am sure will help. It's a traumatic experience to not be able to use your hand. I found him to be gentle, kind, and so helpful. You guys in Calgary at lucky!! <3

No respect for appointment times. Recieved apology phone call from Dr. Khan, not even my own Dr. Look, I understand that Drs. run late, emergencies happen, that's life, of course, but I am sick and tired of not being communicated with, it's ridiculous. Just let me know what's going on and let me decide what I would like to do. Don't waste my time for no reason. It's called respect. As I mentioned 5 times on my call with Dr. Khan it was not a 23 minute wait time, it was 40 minutes, at every possible opportunity to improve my opinion of this clinic I have grown more frustrated. I strongly recommend you reconsider the culture of your office environment.

I went into this clinic as I had a sore shoulder. Dr. Khan was friendly, but started asking me my whole medical history. (I have my own doctor, which he was aware of). He sent me for many different tests and never even looked at my shoulder. I went back a few days later after a call that my results were in. I was blindsided and very upset by all of my terrible results. He told me I had osteoporosis and very high cholesterol, which he gave me prescriptions for. Upon researching the meds he wanted me to take, I refused to take them. I then made a appt with my own Dr. Who had returned from being away. EVERY diagnosis he had given me was wrong and blown way out of proportion! Thank goodness I hadn't started taking the prescriptions he had given me, even tho I purchased them. Pay attention to this man's other bad reviews and go elsewhere!!

Second doctor told me I should just go to another clinic because he wasn’t able to help me. Front staff are very unprofessional (speaks their own language in front of you) and unorganized.

1 question I have is even if I had covid, was that the best way your clinic would have treated me? I won't say much because I know your clinic has a cctv camera to show if am telling the truth or lies. I never insulted any staff, neither did I scream at any patient. All I said to the staff was that I won't stand outside in such weather with a 4year old and 6years old. Also I was the one who asked her to give me a mask. When I came back 2 days later, I was upset as they treated me when I was speaking with the admins. Covering her nose even with a mask while speaking to me. I began to wonder if I was smelling. I started asking them why they were treating me so unfairly. On my way out, I was explaining to the patient there how they treated me so bad and that's all that happened

I love my doctor here Dr. Cecile Henderson. I have also seen Dr. Al-Witry, Dr. Xin and another male doctor. Great doctors, would give them 5 stars. But, their front desk staff are completely incompetent and I give them a zero. The old clinic Dr. Henderson and Al-Witry were with had amazing front desk staff, why they didn't bring anyone over I'm not sure. The reason I'm posting here is because the front desk staff refused to put me through to or provide contact info for the clinic manager, but told me I could find it on their website. It is not there, only a contact us form which I assume goes to them so they can then delete it. Every time I call it is confusion booking basic appointments, someone will be dealing with you, put you on hold, then someone else picks up the line thinking its a new call, the original person comes back on and doesn't remember what you were talking about. I recently had them call me with a long awaited specialist referral appointment, for 2022, they said that must be a mistake, and gave me the clinics number to follow up and straighten that out myself. I was told by the specialist's office that what I was referred for is not what they do and they responded back to my doctors office in November stating to re-refer elsewhere if I wanted an appointment before 2022; that was never addressed. I called to tell them that and they did not care, said book an appointment with my doctor. Problem 2 this week alone, I had an ultrasound last week for a painful shoulder issue that I had to wait a week to get, my doctor told me to book a phone follow up after I went to the appointment so I called them right after and was told I couldn't book until they got the results and they would call me instead. No follow up a week later (results take 48 hrs usually), I called and was told I can't talk to my doctor for a another week now. I explained they wouldn't book me last week and just got a snarky reply about they have so many reports to follow up on. I asked if I could be sent a copy or the report in the meantime or pick one up from the front desk. I was told register for an account for my Alberta health online to access it myself but it might take 2 weeks (helpful). I explained I already have an account was currently logged in and asked them to explain where I can find the ultrasound reports because that's not an included feature on there (caught in their misinformation). I was then told I'd have to book in with another doctor to get results sooner. Said great, I will need a phone consult as I'm currently awaiting a Covid test. Was told not possible. So I asked if they want me to come in in person while waiting for the test, suddenly it was possible and I had an appointment with a doctor she rattled off the time and a name which I couldn't even catch and basically hung up on me. Now today, my appointment was for 9:15. At 9:40, after no call I called the office as I was a little unsure based on the previous nights abrupt end to the call if something got mixed up. After 10 minutes of back and forth holds and different people picking up asking me what I needed, I was told the doctor was running behind and he would call, just wait longer. Waited longer, at 10:15 an hour after my appointment time I called again to inform them I could not wait longer as I have something else booked. Again after more holds and confusion on their end I was told I was not the only patient and the doctor would get to me later as he was performing procedures. How at 9:15, when the clinic is only open at 8am is the doctor already running well over an hour behind (at 10:30 at this point). I again asked for a printed copy as the doctor had "no showed" for my appointment, and was again told I'd need to book another appointment with another doctor. I certainly hope they are not billing Alberta Health Care for appointments their doctors are missing due to their poor scheduling. Hoping the clinic manager sees this, my name is on this post, you have my number and I would like a call, otherwise I'm sadly looking for a new clinic.

Crazy long time waiting for an appointment at this place. Had to wait around 30min to one hour for an appointment. Poor time management here, if doctors are busy please don’t fit that many patients at same time. During my waiting time, saw three patients shown up at front desk almost same time for appointments with same doctor. I am not rush for my appointment everytime here, because I knew my appointment will be delayed. But still need to wait crazy long. It was frustrated to see another one shown up later, but see my doctor earlier than me right at my appointments time. But I had to wait half hour or an hour long for my appointment. Time wasting place. I double checked with the reception after forty minutes, and was told my appointment was shown later on her schedule. Such unorganized clinic I have been to. Not recommended if you are looking for new doctor. This would be worst choice ever.

I had to get my eye checked out as something was stuck in it. The doctor and staff were friendly quick and efficient. The office was well-designed and inviting. They open at 8 a.m. and have minimal wait times. I would definitely recommend London Medical Center the next time you need to see a doctor.

Dr. Khan is the best family dr I have ever had. A doctor who respects your level of knowledge and intuition about your own health and body and will listen to your concerns and have a conversation about them while adding his own knowledge of disease symptoms and prevention without talking down to you or making you feel patronized is a rare find (at least has been for me). The clinic is lovely and the staff is friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Waited half an hour at the clinic and the doctor never showed up. If you're looking for a new clinic/family doctor would not recommend for its lack of organization and punctuality. This was my first time going and I had to take time off work to go. I came in 5 minutes early and as I was waiting for the receptionist (she was on a call) - I saw the doctor (that I had booked the appointment with) put on his jacket, give the receptionist a thumbs up, take one glance at me, then promptly walked out the door to "grab something". The receptionist finished her call, confirmed my appointment, and told me to wait in room #3. I waited for a total of a half hour from the time I arrived to when I had to get up and leave. The receptionist said that the doctor was just out to "grab something" and didn't think he'd take that long. The receptionist apologized several times, but the doctor never called back. Took me 20 minutes to drive down, 30 minutes to wait for nothing, then another 20 minutes to drive back - what a waste of time. Would not recommend this clinic for its lack of organization and punctuality. If they can’t handle new patient appointments then don’t advertise you’re accepting new patients.
