My recent visit to the doctor was very good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was promptly looked it was very long before seeing a doctor as walk-in. I would recommend Hudson Clinic for anyone who need to see a doctor. Thank for the great experience.

Got there at 11:50. Receptionist said walk in doc is out for lunch for 2 hours. Come back after 2pm..... :( And no other walk in doc is available. The other doc is appointment only. So there’s only 2 doctor in this whole clinic?? While there is 6-7 doctors listed for this clinic.... not impressed. Will not return.

I never had any issues. I get call to remind me of my appointments, all the receptionist are great, on the phone or in person. I have never waited long to see my doctor. Please expect unforseen or unexpected emergencies at a doctor's office. I went to see him about something I thought wasn't serious, had to have something done that took half hour. Doctor's are not robots, plus if they spend 5 minutes with you you will complain. Especially at this time wait is necessary for them to clean and sanitize. I never have a problem waiting for anything. It is always safer to wait.

I've been here a total of 4 times for myself or my family. Thus far, we have been turned away twice due to no doctor bring on site. That is a 50% failure rate... Not acceptable!

This is a horrible clinic. The receptionists don’t know what they are doing. We booked an appointment for 10am and called in to make sure everything was in check, but were told our appointment was at 3:30pm instead. Our appointment was changed without us even being informed. Second thing is the doctors are late to their own appointment. There were two patients sitting at the clinic waiting for their appointment but the doctor was no where to be found. I understand if it happens once or twice but this is a reoccurring problem. Third thing is the receptionists are also careless. There were patients that were clearly in need of an emergency but they just did not do anything to help in any way. Horrible Clinic, will not be returning until I know these flaws are solved.

Doctors refuse phone call appointments and put you on a wait list instead. Very disorganized front staff, prescriptions constantly lost and hard to get thru most times.

If only there were a zero star rating. Booked an appointment for 2nd vaccine shot, with Azhar the owner for 2 pm today. Walked in to find out that they gave the shot away as per the desk clerk. told me to mix and get the moderna shot instead of pfizer shot, Which was the first shot i had. the clerk said i gave away your shot, I have more but cant give it to you because there booked for tomorrow. I said i was booked today, and I said I would like my shot, its not my fault you gave it away. And the clerk said we don't take phone calls to book appointments, you have to call 811 anyways. lies over lies. I called 811 and they said thats incorrect and they would file a complaint for me which i did, also 811 said thats unacceptable standards. I drove from the south side to the north side for that. Peoples time mean nothing to them. Went somewhere else as a walk in and got it. Do not go to this place they are a bunch of liars.

As a result of being short with doctors, sometimes longer waiting time is annoying. However, I have been receiving a nice quality of Medicare by Dr.Hashim. He listens my concerns patiently and now I am on the right tract with his guidance after wasted months. Thanks again

Hi! This is my 3 Dr phone call I love it ???? I told her the same thing I come from different province now deciding in Edmonton looking for a Dr Thank God she told me just come to filled up papers Yeyyyyy ???????????????????????????????? This is kinda Dr office I would prepared to have I came from Vancouver this is my third shot on the doctor a phone call and excepting me as a new patient thank you for being nice and excepting new patients without no hesitations mostly recommended

Horrible!!! Terrible!!!Why do I have to make a appointment? They are take at the new patient first. I stayed my son in the room for 1hour 20min. They didn’t any notice.

Front desk now days here always makes excuses. They always say the fax machine is broken. Um hello why is your fax machine always broken in 2021. Am I missing something? I have been late on my appointment a few times because they always say there fax machine is broken.

My doctor which is Dr. Hashem is an amazing Doctor, very kind, accommodating, and treated me and my husband well. I actually, asked my other family members to register and be his Doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist that dealt with them was a bit rude and not accommodating that made them go back to their doctor.

We have been a patient of Dr Hashems for 7 yrs now and find him to be a good Dr. His receptionist Joy was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, caring, courteous with a very pleasant personality. Well boy have this place changed I wouldn’t even give it a one star only I have to in order to write this review. The receptionists are very rude, unfriendly, with an attitude, and very unhelpful. Upon attending a Dr app and after being out of province for a short period of time we were told by receptionist we had to pay for our visit. We knew the difference and tried telling her but she got very argumentative and stormed of to ask our Dr ( which she could have done without trying to perform an argument) came back and said yes you are covered, and that I wasn’t pronouncing the name of the other province right ????. 2nd incident I called to ask about a prescription I was running out of , was informed what I had to do ( all good) . went to visit a pharmacy near me they said they had sent a fax but no response and that they would try again. To no avail I tried calling the clinic myself to find out the problem, instead of trying to sort out the issue the receptionist instantly got argumentative and basically calling me a liar saying I hadn’t even called there or talked to anyone there concerning this. ( I was shocked). On Friday we attended another unpleasant appointment at this Clinic due to ignorance of receptionist. I have previously brought the ignorance to my Doctor attention and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CLINIC .

Doctor acts like he's just there to give out a prescription or refer you to someone else. He gives no helpful advice or diagnosis at all. Only reason I have gone there is they allow your to book appointments but I'm done. They are friendly and nice but Dr. Ghredish is just there to collect paycheck he doesn't care about the quality of care he gives. If you need a quick doctor's note our prescription this place is good but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.

i have been going here since they opened and this is the last straw, i have never felt so pushed to leave, and unimportant from a doctor, front desk was nice, but once again they deleted or forgot my appointment. Moving on as i doubt it will ever improve.

Previous experiences have been great. However today I was the doctors first patient at 10 am its now 1030 and he still hasn't made it to the clinic. Its one thing to run behind during the day but to be over a half our late to get to work is absurd.

Very disappointed in how little they care about their patients. I had a call set up with the doctor and after 2 hours of waiting around I decide to call the clinic. The receptionist told me to wait longer and said he'll call later in the day. By no surprise I did not receive the call. Clearly, me, the patient isn't important to the doctor. Would not recommend.

My daughter was suffering from a throat infection. She had a throat swab and was tested negative for Covid. The front reception argued with me that I needed to get tested again. Then wait for the results. She had a sore throat with tonsil swelling for the past 2 weeks , no other symptoms and no new symptoms. Finally said the doctor would call the next day to do a phone consult. Never did. I will never go here again.

Avoid this place!! Called and made an appointment, specifically requested a doctor that’s accepting new patients. I go there wait about 30-45mins for a doctor to come in, only to have him tell me he’s not accepting new patients. extreme waste of my time definitely not going back.

Doctor Ghredish is great, he listens to my health problems and advise me on what we could do resolve these health issues. There is rarely any wait time, it is very easy to book an appointment for the same day. This is one of the best access to a medical team I have experienced in Canada.

The one star is for the front desk staff who seem to have no idea what they are doing now. I'm not sure what happened to Trina, but the new staff are always lost and when a fax gets sent to them make sure to do it a week ahead of time if your getting medication because they will give you the run around always saying they don't receive even though you have confirmation that it was recieved. I needed to fax mine 8 times then finally the front desk staff said they received it. It's very odd when Trina was there they always receive it the first time. This use to be the best clinic but now you wonder who teach the from desk staff, very upsetting.

Update: just signed up for Alberta health online so I can get test results there and not waste time going in to the Dr. Went to review my test results only to find out this completely incompetent Dr. Didn't order the right test. Now I have to have it done again, but it definitely won't be at this place. Avoid this clinic like the plague. Unfortunately I've been to this clinic twice. First time I had an appointment, showed up early, didn't see the Dr until an hour and a half after my appointment time (the waiting room was not very busy). The second time I was told to come as a walk-in to get my lab test results. With only one person ahead of me I again waited 90 minutes (no more than 5 people came in the entire time I was there). I finally saw the Dr only to be told all my test results were negative. Never have I ever been called in a the Dr's office unless there was a positive test and I needed treatment for something. This place is clearly wasting people's time to pad their budget and steal as much as they can from the province. Avoid this clinic at all cost

One star for the poor customer service of the receptionists. I feel lucky to have Dr. Hashem as a family doctor for my family; he is an amazing doctor caring for his patients. However, I couldn’t understand why to make an appointment with Dr. Hashem must be from 2-3 weeks in advance!!! I can share with you how bad service of the receptionists are through my specific case as below: My last visit with doctor Hashem was on Jun 21, 2021 before his vacation. He referred me to a skin specialist; he told me to wait for about 7-10 days later, the receptionists will contact and make an appointment for me. If not, I would ask receptionists about the doctor’s referral. Dr. Hashem told me not to worry about his vaccinations because the receptionists could contact him for advice when he’s on his vacation. Unfortunately, after two weeks, I did not receive any information about the appointment with a dermatologist. I made several phone calls to the clinic and was received a feedback that they would check and called me back — however, they never called back. I had to visit the clinic and was informed that Dr. Hashem didn’t not refer me or left any information regarding a dermatologist while my facial skin was badly needed a doctor. I did ask them to check with doctor Hashem about the referral. However, the receptionists refused and advised me to see other doctor at the clinic for a referral. I had to see doctor T.G on July 13 with a hope that he would refer me to a dermatologist; unfortunately, the appointment on that day for nothing, though I did explain to him all the history of my health until Dr. Hashem’s vacation. However, Dr. T.G told me making an appointment a week later then he would refer me to a dermatologist! Finally, the two appointments with Dr. T.G for nothing! After having waited for 30 minutes at the clinic for the receptionists, finally they gave me the dermatologist’s clinic phone number so that I could go home and made an appointment by myself!!! I could not make an appointment with my family doctor- Dr. Hashem within a week. It takes about 2-3 weeks in advance bookings. On the other side, the receptionists always recommend patients meet another doctor as a walk-in patient. In this case Dr. T.G is always available for walk-in patients. When my kids and I see Dr. T.G, he just allows a patient telling one problem of one’s health per visit. If a patient has more than one health problem, they have to make another appointment! I do not want to have further comment about this doctor or to be his walk-in patient anymore. I don’t know the manager of the clinic knows about their services to patients or not. Sometimes, I made some calls to the manager’s number (#4) but I never get a chance to speak with him/her. I do want the clinic consider their receptionists and services seriously! Otherwise, they will lose their clients. I wish I could visit doctor Hashem at a different clinic it would be better for both patients and the doctor.

We have been coming to Hudson Medical Clinic since 2018 to see Dr. Essa. He is a kind, compassionate doctor and very thorough with his diagnoses. We will not go anywhere else. He listens, he is patient and has provided excellent medical care to our family. We appreciate his ongoing support and are grateful to have his care. Trina and the front staff do their very best to accommodate everyone. We are all dealing with extremely difficult times because of Covid. It is important that we all be patient and considerate to one another during these stressful times. Thank you to all the staff at Hudson Clinic for persevering during this time.

Sign at door says take shoes off. So I did. Other patients haven’t so I was forced to walk through puddles of dirty water in my socks. Was there for a meet and greet, doctor took all vitals and by the time i left had told me I needed to make at least 3 more appointments for various procedures and go for blood work and other testing as well. There were kids spinning on chair answering reception desk. Horrible, unprofessional place!

receptionists here are a disgrace now. I read that the one review on here said they don't receive faxes .... It's true they told me about 4 times they didn't receive it. Very bad receptionists now days. Wish my dr was not at this location.

Dr. Selim was very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough with his examination and case history and made sure I understood and was comfortable with next steps, I never felt rushed through the appointment. I am taking one star off as the clinic had a very unpleasant odor.
