The daily walk-in clinic is a great service in Hinton. The on call walk-in doctors are always professional, friendly and courteous. The staff at the Hinton Medical Clinic are very knowledgeable and discrete, patient care and privacy is their number one goal!

As always my dr is excellent ...but reception is beyond difficult with zero grasp of anything outside of a list of repeated pre prepared statements that help in no shape or form or in any manner what so ever.... No matter the situation you face simple or otherwise they just continue to drone through and repeat herself reading the same statement ......

I live in Calgary, came to Hinton to visit my husband. But unfortunately, I sprained my R ankle badly day before I was to leave Calgary. I called Hinton Medical Clinic the day I had to drive to Calgary, front staff picked up my call. She was very professional, heard my concern and booked me for same day. I saw Dr. Jones there, he is not only a professional Dr. but also a great teacher I must say. I will highly highly recommend Hinton Medical Clinic for anyone who need to see a Doctor. You get to meet pleasant front staffs and amazing Dr. Who can not just prescribe you meds, can also bring smile on you painful face.

Very bad front desk staff. Rude and ignorant. Few doctors are the same and very un-educated or maybe extremely ignorant. These people have taken oath after graduation and yet they do not fulfil their oaths. Very wrong diagnostics and of course wrong medication. Asked to talk to the doctor, and was told the doctor will call within 24 hours, but received the call after 3 days, which had made my need worse and had to go to Grande Prairie to see a doctor. I realized that one or two of these doctors have no brain of their selves and rely on other doctors opinion. Sent me to see a doctor in Edmonton for nerve damage and I ended up in a butchers shop who was calling himself a doctor. Seemed they work together and are only making money.

If only I can provide a zero star rating. I've lived in many places across Canada and never have I had such a horrible experience. I escorted my husband here to see a doctor as he is suffering from a work injury and has chronic pain. The doctor he saw came in and right off the bat began giving us a bad attitude and was speaking to us unnecessarily loud. I couldnt comprehend why she was speaking to us in such a rude manner. Very unprofessional. The doctors name was Dr.Rahn.

Got hurt at work and need forms filled out or even just to get the injury checked out? Go somewhere else, anywhere else, rather than waste your time with the staff here.

Been waiting for more than hour and the person just came without an appointment was called because he just said that he was hungry and had a long day. Not happy with what they did.

by far the worst clinic ive ever been too. go anywhere else if you can. been trying to get forms filled out to return to work since may, and they're useless and just keep telling me to wait. when they did send them in, they were wrong, and its been another 7 weeks. Save your time and your stress, and drive literally anywhere else.

Would not accept me for a serious issue as I live in Jasper, waited on hold for 15 minutes the lady on the line was very inexperienced, and it sounded like a nightmare in the back. Just awful people working there really.

Waited 45 min an didn’t even see a dr!! It’s funny how you give no show fees ... what about my time!!? I get there’s emergency’s but then if it’s gunna be longer than 1/2 hr you could me know! I’m a pretty easy goin person but waiting 45 min without anyone letting me know why it’s taking so long is rediculous

Whenever I call to book an appointment for my family she is not available all the time I had a Worst experienced in this clinic and walk in doctor are use less there waiting time is so long and they are wasting time . I never seen this kind of doctors in other places in Canada
