Good access from parkade when parking spots are available. Wide hallways. Washrooms on the medical floors are not very wheelchair accessible. Hallways in the associated medical clinics area are confusing. The clinic I went to has friendly staff.

I went at a slow time and and ordered a pho and it was ok but did not have that thick meaty taste that good pho broth has. The beer was the wraspberry ale and it was great on a hot day. Next time I am ordering the spring rolls which hear are amazing but not till I was leaving.

Although clean and well located. This building's washrooms requires renovation, revamp, refresh and makeover: all together. The common area could be better managed and use to provide better options for the customers: plenty of unused space that could be exploited. Seating/eating area by Second Cup was recently renovated. Main building access to high rise towers was also recently renovated: we kind of not understand why it took so long (circa 2 years) to complete it. Well we are assuming is now complete. Room for improvement.

As office buildings go, this one has some decent amenities. The food court is good and there are other eateries. There is a Tim Hortons if you don't like good coffee as well as other coffee places. There are public washrooms, a medical lab and an x-ray place. If your doctors are here you don't need to go anywhere else down town. It is also linked by Plus 15 to the rest of the core.

The building is located at the heart of Calgary Downtown. Home to a lot of medical and business offices. Very clean and organized. Very well managed and during pandemic I can say it is safe to come here as frequent disinfection to the premises is always observed. There’s also foodcourt with not much options.

Parking rates way to high. $26 for 4 hours to attend a doctor's appointment and training session. The building itself is very nice and clean.

Only went to see a health specialist. Had to take my husband because sometimes the parking is iffy, and since his appointment was with a back surgeon, walking any distance wasn't an option. If this isn't a problem for you, they have good parking out back, you just have to know where to look for the entrance, it's a bit tricky. The facilities inside for health Care are good... docs, x-rays, etc., All in one place.

Very quit, place was deserted because of covid and most people working from home. Very disappointing because the + 15 walkways were closed and we had to walk down to street level and then back up again. Its a reasonable place to park, but limited access. Very few of the food kiosks were open, again due to covid.

Terrible place to park.. I was in my appointment for 26 mins. And I was charged $26.00 in the short stay. Terrible directions inside the building. Took 10 mins to find the office I had to be at. It was a real it show getting around.. Never again!!

Oriental Phoenix - The food is not very good as used to be, I just bought vietnamese ice coffee today $5.00 it is so small, service not very good. Portion very small and price compare with other so expensive. I understand that Downtown rent expensive. But I gone to many place in DT too. Anyway is so over charge, the food is so so. Definately never come back again and i will share this with my staffs.

Everyone there is professional; excellent at what they do, and have a positive attitude. You may initially go for a traumatic event such as an MVA or bodily injury; you'll return because of the courtesy, humour and healing you're extended.
