We have been with them for three years and they have been nothing but excellent in helping us out with vision care. Great customer service ,kudos to the whole team!

I took my 5 year old son for his first yearly eye check up and I was nervous because of his age but I was at rest with the excellent experience. The staff are so nice and friendly and the Dr was very caring and patient .I highly recommend this place for kids :)

Oh my, what excellent care here. Though, I think I may have passed some other patient patients due to having 5% vision left in 1 eye. lol 2 excellent reps, & a very-smart newbie that's close to flying on her own. Then, I met the best eye doctor I've seen since Montreal; that could only save 10% of my vision, 20 yrs ago. I will be off to Edmonton, someday, a couple times, but that's because I didn't see a great eye doctor in my youth every year or so. See; :), Dr. Navarrete. Smart, caring, honest, & knowledgeable about eyes, insurance, health care systems, etc. I usually say Health Scare Canada, but not with her & team.

I still don't have my perception from these guys and I call and the receptionist is rude and hangs up on you after asking simple questions. Just wanted my glasses perception sent so I can go some where else else actually get my contact perception

Dr diagnosed my teenager as having cataracts. Booked 6 month follow ups to monitor his eyes. Explained to my son the foods he needed to avoid because it would increase progression of cataracts. When I asked for a referral to an ophthalmologist I was given a run around. Finally got one and found out my son did not have any cataracts and his eyes are perfect. Do not recommend!

My glasses frame broke just a couple moths after I recived them. Big hastle to get them replaced. Next pair broke in same place in few months. Was told they would only warranty one time. I am a sixtyish retired man and do not abuse my glasses. They just literally fell apart. Not a good brand I suppose (roots). I would think that if they were a decent store they wold look after their customers better. These were not cheap frames. Now I have no glasses as I can not afford to get any more right now. Very poor customer service. Spent a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. Wanted to talk with owner but front desk lady said she was the one to handle it and I was getting nothing further done about it as they would only do one warranty even if the frames were defective. I am very disappointed after making four trips that take 5 hours each and pay a LOT of money and end up with no glasses. Yes. You changes my lenses at no cost because when I had received my glasses I could not see anything as the prescription was not correct. I told the lady at the front desk that I could not see properly. She said it could take a while to adjust to the new glasses, try them for a week or to and then see. I told her I had been wearing glasses my entire life and new that this wouldn't work. So drove home and after two days had to find a old pair as the new ones gave me bad hearaches and could not see well. Came back to GP when could to get fixed (4 hour round trip). You should have record of replacing my frames once. I have picture of this event if needed to jog memory.
