My Grandmother got a knee replacement from Gateway, and she has nothing but good things to say about them. They did the surgery within 2 hours and she was walking the same day. They gave her a very organized exercise routine, and were very friendly throughout the process.

Gateway was able to arrange private total shoulder replacement surgery on short notice and in Canada. Gateway made all arrangements for pre-surgery medical visits and tests in Alberta prior to surgery in Toronto. Everything went amazingly well with absolutely great service. I would not hesitate to use Gateway again. And the shoulder, absolutely excellent. I am post-surgery 6-weeks and the functionality is amazing. I have no joint pain, only muscle soreness which was expected.

Our journey with Gateway Surgery and Dr. Lo began after our 17 year old son who races MotoCross, had several severe shoulder injuries. We were advised by our family physician that in order for Josh to follow his dream of racing professionally at the Nationals in Ontario, he would require surgery. At this point it was “recommended that we contact Dr. Ian Lo. one of the best in Alberta”. Our experience from the initial consult in August 2020, with surgery in September 2020 to the final post-surgery visit in June 2021 was like no other!! Dr. Lo’s honesty and openness of what the surgery entailed made us feel very comfortable in our decision to go forward. Dr. Lo was very thorough in his explanation of the options and he and his team helped us make a plan that would see Josh back on the bike and heading to Nationals in August, 2021 The professionalism of the whole team at Gateway Surgery should be commended and we cannot thank you enough for all you did in helping Josh reach his dream.

Greg was apprehensive of the procedure but was put at ease with the way things were meticulously explained to him and how quickly they responded to any questions that he had. I cannot say enough great things about Gateway and the wonderful people who work there. Dr. Lemmex gave me a non-surgical solution when I sure I would have to go that route. He came in on his day off to ensure I was taken care of and finding my way out of the pain of injury. So great!! Jennie coordinated the treatment I needed, also working after hours to ensure I was taken care of. This group is TOP NOTCH!!
